This is the third time I've asked to take this to musings.  It's OT, and it has NO place here in Haleigh's thread.

does Crystal go to church? does anyone know how long she has been a member if she does go to church....?

I ask how long he been going to the pastor church to see if he just started going after Haleigh went missing..

a lot of people who are going through hard times in their lives turn to the church, a pastor or the bible for comfort...not that unusual to me...

You are exactly right and what better place to turn than to God.

Actually I believe it is the only place to turn.

But, having said that in the interviews I have seen with the pastor I got the impression that Ron had been attending church for a while and the pastor had commented that Ron had turned his life around and was trying to make amends for past problems.

And I completely believe there is forgiveness in this world and one should not be blamed or forever be accused of past transgressions.  I believe that for a man to have custody of his children is a very big deal and shows that the mother was not found worthy of the custody of her children.  This is a really big consideration and yet I hear no one talking about her.  If she were the one in charge and Haleigh had lived with her this might not have happened.  But, does this make it her fault.

I can't see based on all the facts we the general public has been privy to that this is anyones "fault". It happended.  And until someone proves or decides to share the information that Misty did it, or Ron did it, I think we should keep that speculation to a minimum.  Or maybe go and get a job with "LE" and help them solve the case.

If we just waited for LE to solve the case, we'd have nothing to discuss as the ONLY fact is that Haleigh is missing, we are just theorizing as to what could have happened....

I printed out the entire custody re-hearing (all 54 pages) and he basically got custody per the Magistrates own words "he is employed and in 3 months will have insurance"........also, when the Judge asked her about prior drug use, she was forthright and admitted it, when Ron was asked he flat out denied it even though he had just been arrested a bit prior on violating a restraing order and several drug charges..............guess that's what you get for being honest I believe in forgiveness also, but to say someone's not worth of having their children without knowing all the facts of the case is sad, many times it boils down to who has the better atty and who plays the game better~sad but true!

I am sure your facts are totally correct, but I know that here in Texas where I live it takes a heck of a lot more than insurance and a job to get custody of your children.  And she was supposed to be paying child support and was behind 4,000.00 dollars.  But, Ron was still following the visitation and the mother was still capable of  seeing the children every two weeks.

And I see nothing wrong with theorizing as long as the theories are based on fact. But as you say we really having nothing here but theory.  And it seems to me the theories are very one sided and strictly based on speculation.

Does anyone know who it was that was watching the 2 children while Misty was gone for 3 days????
also. I remember Crystal saying that the kids didnt ant to go back to Ron's after their visit with her, She said the kids said they were being hit. That visit was the one before Haleigh was missing.I'm thinking that maybe who ever was hiting them found out that Haleigh told and :someone: decided to remove Haleigh form her house so she couldnt tell anymore on them. MAYBE? JMO
or.being the kids didnt want to go back home MAYBE Haleigh agreed to leave with someone because they were getting hit and she wanted to leave.Maybe Haleigh told someone other than her Grandmother and they talked to Haleigh about leaving. Maybe??
Let me know what ya'll think about this therory. thks! AGAIN ..JMO
