The handwritten words - including capital letters for "DID NOT" -- are part of a sworn affidavit she signed on Tuesday.
Anthony's defense attorney filed the affidavit as part of his objection to a prosecution motion that is seeking to find out where Anthony is getting money to fund her defense.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, attorneys for Casey Anthony and her parents, George and Cindy, are scheduled to head back to court to argue motions.
The Anthonys' attorney is going to ask the judge to keep George Anthony's suicide note from being made public.
Baez wants access to the personal computer of her former boyfriend Ricardo Morales.
On Friday, Baez is set to depose Richard Kane, the Orange County deputy who may have missed a chance to find Caylee's remains last August.
Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez said Monday they are continuing to comb through the deposition of Casey Anthony's brother, Lee, to figure out what questions they will try to force him to answer.

Can this putz do anything regarding the law without seeking advice of counsel that know the law & what they are doing?  Geez

If he is so innocent & has done nothing wrong then he wouldnt be facing several complaints to the Florida bar to begin with!

This was for last Thursday...although I don't think we gat 1100 docs...still more to come from this patch, I suspect, after the hearing this Thursday

Not to mention it seems pretty obvious the State isnt even breaking a sweat over this case, I'm not sure they've every expressed one way or another that they have concerns about the strength of evidence they have against Ms Thing.  They have not once made an argument in court that indicates frustration or dancing around a weak case, last week they could have cared less if the pictures were released or not & stated so.   Seems to me the defense is always in their whining & begging for sanctions that are baseless because they are worried... no let me rephrase that they KNOW Casey is responsible for Caylee's murder.

Man, does that statement prove what a narcissistic sociopath she really is!!  Dum move Baez (what else is new!)
