Well it sounds like Casey was having another tantrum when Baez was with her the day the remains were found. She looked away from Baez during their encounter.

I always thought a shamrock was just a shamrock, but after reading all the different meanings about them, and Casey having so many different shamrocks around, and the teddy bear at the memorial wearing one, I can't wait to read Blink's write up on this.

Lol..I love that answer NRCG...I would just be so humiliated if my attorney started crying, before we even knew it was Caylee.   I think that proves two things:

1. Baez knew Caylee was deceased and where the body was located.
2. He is a most unprofessional attorney.  He's crying because now he really has his work cut out for him.

On court tv...they are saying that the video that momdetective sent in, that it is helping the defense cause it is showing Casey HO as that of  a loving mother...doubt being thrown out there.....

These two remind me of Joe Tacipino and defendant Melanie Mcquire, who thank God won't see the light of day again. During that trial I felt that those two had a thing going on, I can just imagine what Joe was saying to Melanie, just like I can imagine what Jose is saying to Casey. Both women, tough nuts to crack.

Sure it did for awhile, and then at the end, well that sure didn't look like a loving anything. Again, sure there are pics and videos of Casey looking like a good mother, there are pics of me looking happy, though I was depressed, pictures don't mean nothing to me, anyone can be deceitful in a pic or video.

How can lawyers even try to insult the intelligence of the average citizen with their flimsy defense of some of these criminals? I will never forget Melanies lover saying that  the very beginning of their relationship, they had oral sex while she was very far along into her pregnancy with her husband's baby....now that is gross if you ask me...Remember that Rosie? sorry O/T I guess...

I don't agree with the experts on this one. I don't think it will help ... anyone can look happy for the camera. It doesn't mean she didn't snap.

I've seen pics of OJ and Nicole looking happy. So, does that mean he didn't murder her?

If this is the best the defense has, they don't have much.

I agree with the tough nuts to crack.  I don't think that Casey is ever going to admit what she has done..atleast not now.  It is too early in the case and she is very used to being able to finese her way out of her troubles and crimes.  She hasn't even started to give this her best shot.  She is going to remain stoic as long as needed.  Which may mean forever..unless she feels she can gain something huge by telling the truth..but I am not counting on that either.
