I posted thanks to the monkeys who took the time to send me letters to forward to the State's Attorney's Office, I did just that and it worked apparently. And to everyone on here that tikes the time to make sure nobody is makin' money from a deady baby.

I hope this hearing does take place and the motion is granted...I like the "one two punch"... like many others, have wondered where all this money is coming from.. KC is NOT OJ and this family does not appear to have the same access to money.. at first I thought there might be a drug connection but now that I'm understanding the media/book/movie process better...that seems more feasible...vultures circling everywhere !!!!

Good afternoon everyone - I just got caught up with reading.  Thank you Blink for what you do and thank you to all those who wrote letters - this effort is well worth it if it means Justice for Caylee.  I just had to say thanks.  Is this hearing going to be streamed?  Anyone know?

I guess I don't understand this Momdetective person, those videos were out there, it's almost like she discovered them, maybe I'm missing something.

I don't have the picture but I would sure like to know where it came from.  If PB could be connected to a certain photographer in Orlando, it might lead to the money trail for the defense.

in the vid Caylee pinches Casey's nose and pulls on her lip, yeah, it mght have hurt a little

so we see Casey get pissed

this is how pissed she is ON CAMERA and due to such a MINOR irritation

imagine how pissed she got when she was ALONE with Caylee and over a bigger irritation, like crying for grandma after the big fight, for example

Yep....exactly what I had said ...Casey Ho was playing to the camera, but wonder how she was to Caylee when no one was around...I bet that she was very hateful to her...just my opinion...

In some of the videos of Caylee as a baby, the ones that Casey must have shot, Caylee looks almost fearful....not to the point of bursting into tears, but like she's unsure of Casey's mood, she certainly does not wholeheartedly exhibit the 'I love mommy, she loves me' sort of joy one's sees in so many home videos of children this age.   She often seems to go from a worried expression to one of relief......

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Ronald Cummings, the father of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings, proposed to his girlfriend Monday night. His girlfriend was the last person to see his daughter.

Cummings asked his 17-year-old girlfriend, Misty Croslin, to marry him just four weeks since his daughter disappeared from the bedroom of her Putnam County home in Satsuma.

Casey Anthony Offered More Than $1M To Tell Story

ORLANDO, Fla. -- WESH 2 has learned about offers of more than $1 million for Casey Anthony to tell her story.

A defense fund is also in the process of being established for her.

A spokesman for Jose Baez said offers have come in as high as $1.5 million for book rights, movie rights, TV deals, even a pay-per-view offer.

"I can tell you just for interview areas alone they can range from $50,000 to $350,000. We've even had an offer come from an overseas company that specializes in pay per view and those offers can exceed $1 million," Jose Baez Law Firm spokesman Todd Black said.

Black said they're listening to all offers but for now not accepting anything.

"We've made it clear to everyone that their inquiry will be put in to a file and we don't know whether that file will ever have to be opened," Black said.

Much of it, Black said, depends on how extensive Casey Anthony's defense will have to be.

He said they're building a Web site for Casey Anthony’s defense fund and assembling a team of defense experts.

People in downtown Orlando had opinions about the possibility of Casey Anthony selling her story to raise money for her defense.

"She has no right to do that. I think she needs to tell people where the little girl is," one person said.

"She does absolutely deserve the right to a fair trial, but I'm still not 100 percent with it," another person said.

Black points out these kinds of offers are not unusual for people high-profile cases like this.

HLN CNN is reporting that Baez is expected to answer questions tomorrow about who is paying for Casey's defense.  Is it in written form or is that motion being answered to the Court directly, the news outlets early were unclear how he is responding

On Casey's cell records from 6-15 thru 7-15....She text messages a Patrick. Is that the same guy that visited her in jail?
Also on the video with Caylee and KC at the end KC, wipes each cheek like she is crying or wiping something off .
