Sorry to start another topic within a topic, but that press conference today really set me off too........anywho, I was trolling thru post and found this one............I like this poster!!! After what Misty wrote on Amber's myspace, she deserves it, of course JMO:

You know it's funny how Ronny is showing up on tv all * blinged out* new shades and all and i know where he works or worked... and a large percentage of people there use or sell cocaine it's not a rumor yet a fact a friend of mine had a husband who worked there and he was offered multiple times before just quitting. as for the 17 yr old bride to be i contacted crime stoppers because i found her myspace and a girl named amber's myspace once i saw this it all became clear because when Ronny was asked if he had any other children besides haleigh and jr he said he wasnt 100% sure when you go to link also read the comment left by ronalds gf and the picture comment im sorry but this girl has something to do with it and only time will tell i wish they would have taken the report i made seriously because at this point anything is worth looking into.

Very well could be. From my notes of a news article:
"Croslin said she met Cummings about six months ago when she was baby-sitting for a woman who had a child with Cummings."

I have no experience or knowledge about this, but I did find this for you:

(b) Spousal Disqualification.

(1) General Rule. In any proceeding, civil or criminal, a witness shall not testify as to private conversations with a spouse occurring during their marriage.

(2) Exceptions. This disqualification shall not apply to

(A) a proceeding arising out of or involving a contract between spouses;

(B) a proceeding to establish paternity or to modify or enforce a support order;

(C) a prosecution for nonsupport, desertion, or neglect of parental duty;

(D) child abuse proceedings, including incest;

(E) any criminal proceeding in which a spouse has been charged with a crime against the other spouse;

(F) a violation of a vacate, restraining, or no-contact order or judgment issued by a Massachusetts court or a similar protection order from another jurisdiction;

(G) a declaration of a deceased spouse if the court finds that it was made in good faith and upon the personal knowledge of the declarant; or

(H) a criminal proceeding in which the private conversation reveals a bias or motive on the part of a spouse testifying against his or her spouse.

Hi Monkeys (seems most have gone to bed, just my luck. LOL)

I took 5 hours away from the computer, came back and was 11 or 12 pages behind! Finally caught up again, and most everyone has left for the night.

Beautiful Brandi, just beautiful! .  My hope is that some who let their own issues get in the way of finding Miss Haleigh put them aside (or take 'em to Musings  ), revel in your lovely collage, then come back w/open minds and hearts of gold.

We can band together like a good troop of monkeys and help find Miss Haleigh I think (and pray).

With all due respect, there is no way TN could ever top what the maternal side did on the NG and GR show. I lost respect for them for doing those shows and just can not take them seriously. Then sending relatives to all  the forums to further start rumors and innuendos about RC.

I have not been here over  five months and have only followed four cases ever on different forums but this is it.
Seems at least one person in every case gets vilified and raked over the coals post after post. I have never been able to follow a case to closure because I usually get sick, turn off the computer and get my sewing machine out and forget crime.

Welp .. I barely fall into the 5-month category.

And I think if we had the answer to this, it would not be happening.

I see it being pointed out a lot, and pleas to have it end, yet it still dribbles in.

I also see caring, thoughtful posts here. I think we need to concentrate on those, and try to emulate them.

I myself have not been impressed by these actions. If anything,the family spreading rumors as they have been has made me  suspicious.

Honestly:
Can we talk about the blankets?

There is a blanket left in the van (lt blue and damaged) that was confiscated, said blanket was Misty's. (right?)

There is a blanket on Haleighs bed that Misty put in the washer.

There is a blanket on the window that was taken down.

Please all help to account for these blankets.
