When I went out to calif. last summer, my hopefully DIL did mine, but instead of going lighter she went darker. What could I say. We have having nice weather right now. But I guess tomorrow night we are suppose to get thunderstorms. Other than that not much here either.

I forgot to mention, that my youngest daughter went shopping today downtown on the Plaza to exchange jeans at the Lucky store.  She came out to 2 tickets on her car (parking in front of a fire hydrant and in a handicap area - she didn't see the handicap area - but did see the fire hydrant  ).  Called to tell me "But I got some jeans".

Are you guys getting severe weather? Are you under any tornado watchs? After years of living thru earthquakes you get use to them sort of. They make your heart race but they are done and over so fast, you just kind of roll with it. But these tornado watches unnerve me. The first year every time there was a watch I would stay up all night with the weather channel on watching and waiting.  Hope you are just having heavy rain.

ok, this is weird.  I tried to log in a bit ago, and when I did, a picture of an elephant sitting on its hind legs by a waterfall showed up.

ive had that happen a few times, just not with an elephant pic, it was the valium kitty icon in my case.

hmm.  Remember a while back, I think it was Brandi and some others who kept getting a picture of some weird guy.  I thought maybe I'd had too much ice cream and someone was sending me a message with the elephant, sort of a more subtle message than a pig oinking.
