I've just been spending time in the old threads, it's amazing the links to revisit and what you come across.   It's also interesting to read along with a new eye (hindsight) and watch for patterns and posts that stick out.

We still don't have the Venezuela project Mermis got for Kaplan - I'd like to know more about that, if only to rule out any Silvetti/Schaeffer subcontracts on the project.

I would also love to a see a flow chart of the players - who's connected to who and how.  That might be very telling.  I have a feeling we'd end up with some interesting names in the middle.

Other than that, maybe Kermit will give us a nudge?

I will see what I can find on the Venezuela project Mermis got for Kaplan and I'm also checking out some other connections with Greg Landry from Kemah who was mentioned in the search with the Persistence.....I'm sure Him and Schaefer are buddies...maybe Silvetti too....
