Ohio state university Geologists went to Aruba early on and did a full geological study and clearly showed the mine shafts and I have posted the link before.
 I do not have the link on this computer..

filed a $22 million priority claim against Superior and they are
reviewing tax returns going back three years. This is just the tip of
the ice berg.  They have not filed a 10k since September 2007, nor
have they filed any bankruptcy schedules, for a reason. All hopes of
a distribution to equity are now over.  Superior can't generate enough
money to pay its creditors, the IRS, and its professionals in full.
That means that there will be no distributions to stockholders.  BE
CAREFUL!!


The claim is publicly filed in the bankruptcy court.  If you login
into the pacer system, which is used to file court documents, you can
view all filed claims.  The claim was filed last night.  The IRS does
not mess around with bankruptcy cases unless there is a legitimate
claim.

Man, that guy never quits!  I don't even know if it's legal, but I hope they can take Legacy and all the other companies away, sell all the assets and pay whats left after the attorneys fees to the shareholders.

He should not just be allowed to start up another company, buy the assets for pennies on the dollar and continue to profit while others paid his bills.
