Sometimes you get a sense for a person.

Tim Miller seems honest, as well as sincere about his work, to me. I do not believe, in my heart, that he would have knowingly participated in the hinkiness. Just does not strike me as the type, in any way.

Jossy Mansur, on the other hand...50/50 at best, for me. Dogs do not shit where they eat...

Buckshot, I do not for a minute believe Tim Miller was in the know on all this.  He is a good person and he does what he can no matter what to help find people.  Hell, look what he put up with with Cindy Anthony.  He almost cracked on that one but he hung in there and took it to try and find little Caylee.   So Tim hence became a "liability".  A "liability" would have caused extreme problems for any future money-making schemes.  Hell look what Schafer did to his stockholders.  They were a happy bunch weren't they?

Jossy I do believe was in on it (still don't know to what extent) and Eduador had to have been also.

I had to make a telephone call last March that I never imagined I would make, and that I hope to never experience anything like again.

I had to tell a member of Natalee's family that there were images of what Kyle Kingman stated were the remains of their loved one that they were about to see.

That was the most heart wrenching experience I have ever gone through, and I can't say that whole thing was exactly peanuts for that family member either.

I think SM is on the right track...Well placed mis-information specialists were cleverly planted to create a smokescreen.

Just wondering...
(1) Who would be in posession of the ROV footage/stills today, 3/11/09?
(2) Does Kurtis Productions know any more about the trap?
(3) Who is CAPS? Eduardo, aka, Multiple Caps posters, aka Jossy?
(4) Did a Mansur donate/arrange equipment to search the dump, early on in the search?
(5) If cover-up entailed a top to bottom effort, why would they (ALE) not have collected trap contents long before?
(6) Where do we go from here?

Was Tim Miller kicked off the boat by John Silvetti or ... was he convinced to follow another lead.  If he was kicked off the boat ... I cannot comprehend why there is an ongoing professional connection between these two men.

KYLE KINGMAN - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Kyle Kingman:   After the Dec 30th dive John [Silvetti] didn't want Tim Miller on board the Persistence because he said Tim wasn't necessary any more and was a liability. I don't know what that exactly means, but Tim wasn't hurting anything except releasing the statements to the press and Holloways that we found Natalee.

Kyle Kingman: He (Tim Miller) stepped off on or about the 1st of Jan to follow up on the false lead in Costa Rica IIRC.

Kyle Kingman:  I hadn't slept in 48 hours. I crashed for a few hours rest and by the time I got up Dateline and Tim Miller had left the boat. That is when John [Silvetti] assumed full control over the remainder of the project and had us searching in the deepest portions of our search area which coincided with Richardson's remarks. Richardson told us after the Jan-7th dive to keep searching in deep water.

IF all that I could see in that trap/cage was what may me a skull,
then I might be a bit more skeptical.
I can see a femur, a pelvic bone. a skull. a couple of vertabre
and blue denim fabric.
All of that is too much to be just a coincidence.  Somebody's
remains are in that trap/cage.  IMO.

You can see another 10 documentaries but there were no human remains in the cage

OK.................let me take a stab at it that way.

On January 16 2008 I received a phone call from xxxx at Kurtis Productions who was now our second contact person with the company.


xxxx told me that xxxx and xxxx were now in Aruba, and this new contact of ours was making scheduling arrangements to get us to Chicago for interviews.

During that phone call, I let this person know about the communications we had been having with Kyle Kingman who was aboard the Persistence offshore Atruba at that time.  I suggested that xxxx and xxxx might want to meet with him/them, because Kurtis Prod. had already talked with/interviewed Beth, had gone thru our disposal at sea timeline - and all were in agreement that was the most likely scenario, due to all the facts, tips that had come in, etc.

On January 24 2008, emails were exchanged with our second contact, as xxxx and xxxx were still on Aruba.  These emails pertained to a leak by a "journalist" on that island about their crew being there, and that news of their project was now spreading like wildfire across the internet.

This person was concerned, wanted to see the originating post of this "journalist".  I learned that xxxx and xxxx had made contact with Persistence.

On January 30, more emails were exchanged with this second contact person who confirmed that xxxx and xxxx were now back from Aruba.

This is just making me sick to my stomach.  I cannot imagine what you all have gone through with all this much less what Beth and Dave.

(a) Kyle spoke the truth, then backtracked. Oil mapping performed. Blind eye to possible contents of trap, NH. Tim Miller removed from boat and deemed a liabilty. Police boat dive team recovery of contents. Incorrect fabric tested by FBI. No word ever again by anyone about trap.
(b) Kurtis Productions, Silvetti, Schaeffer, CAPS, AHATA, ALE, etc... all did a documentary and sought to make it more interesting by creating a set of phony, unexplainable circumstances around a deep water ocean search for the body of NH. All the while, employing internet bloggers to lend credibility to the "made for TV" filming?

I kinda still go with (a). The HINKY meter is still going off for me...

Well.. 

I don't know if any monkeys have ever seen "Defending Your Life", its an older comedy - Albert Brooks, Meryl Streep, Rip Torn.  At one point Albert Brooks' character is told that he had only used 3% of his brain during his life.

As he's overwhelmed with information and trying to understand and figure it all out, Brooks' character says, "My 3% is swimming!"


So many times with this case I've wanted to post....my 3% is swimming!   

Any rough approximation for me as to when Kurtis Productions was in Aruba?  That'll at least give me a starting place!   

I know it was january.................let me check my emails and get you an exact range of dates........

They were in Aruba by Jan 16th - and I don't think it was but a day or two prior to the 16 when they arrived.

They were back home sometime between jan 25 and jan 29.
