 HI Monkeys-- I think Cindy and George should thank god they are alive -I still belive she was going to kill them too!!!How can you not even look at your parents-What do you think cin and geor are going to say to each other-and Lee-- surly they must know she could care less about them.  You would think she would be breaking her neck trying to see them-she only has eys for BOZO   She is making fools of them all and they deserve it.  Caylee is dead and forgoten -What a disgrace this family is. 

I believe she planned to kill them too. She is getting ready to throw them under the bus for sure.  Wonder which one she will say killed Caylee?

No not as rock solid as the defense will attempt, Cindy was at work - Cindy didnt have Casey's car the entire 31 days, Casey's pings matched the car being at Amscot several times over

Well if Baez has any brain he will go that way ... as Cindy is really the most plausible person to pin this on.  She certainly had access to Caylee.  Was the actual "nanny" that Casey referred to when she told people that Caylee was with the nanny.  (and I've wondered if Cindy wasn't on Xanax at some point in time ... with the separation and George losing big $ ... wouldn't have been unheard of ... and having already told people she had a "nanny" and knowing her mom was on Xanax ... I can see the smug little shit coming up with "Zanny the Nanny" just for her own little personal joke on mom.)  The car only had to be used to transport an already decomposing body ... 15 minutes of one day ... just around the corner ... and Jose can say the dogs hitting in the back yard because that's where the body was left wrapped and decomposing until transport ... and didn't Cindy finally admit that she loaned Casey her SUV on the George chase day (?) ... and the cell pings can be explained away by that darn cell phone that Casey "lost."
There ya have it Jose ... there is your only chance for acquittal ... good luck with that ...

The only person that Bozo is discrediting is himself. He looks and sounds like a complete incompetent.
I can not believe he said "that is the answer I wanted" Is he going to throw himself on the floor and start whining that no one plays fair?
 

This will be in the law classes tomorrow.  First rule for attorneys is never ask a question you don't know the answer to.  Second rule, don't look to the prosecution and see who you can pull to be a witness because you didn't realize that a motion for sanctions calls for evidence - presented through witness, not your pie whole and then think when your IQ can't be over 110 that you can wing it!
As to the CSI guy - Biaz was too stupid to know the one he picked (thinking he could cuddle up with him due to knowing how to enunciate his name) was a technician and did a great job of not over stepping his boundaries!!!!
