The defense is going to go after shoddy evidence gathering, shoddy LE investigating, shoddy lab work, etc. They have nothing else, so have at it. The prosecutors, who I think are very qualified for this case, will shoot down all of this. No way do I see this trial happening in Oct, much later on, maybe early next year.

He said there was rotting pizza, meat {ham} cheese and 17 new hairs in the car none of which was found by LE, doesn't make sense. Perhaps Dr.Lee is losing his hair along with his marbles.

He's is full of chit. An empty pizza box does not equal rotting pizza. And as for ham and cheese, maybe he was eating a sandwich and he dropped it in the trunk.

Oh, and a dead body does not smell like rotten food, Dr. Lee.

I agree - it won't happen in October.   And, if that is the defense they want to take, great.   They can't win against the FBI, imo.  Plus, they have credibility issues.    They are just wasting time and tax payers dollars - all so that the defense lawyers can get notoriety and fame.

I agree they have nothing. I believe they are keeping quiet about their defense because, right now, they just don't have one coherent story among them.
They got shot down yesterday embarrassingly so.....annihilated by their own ineptness. It was a joy to watch.

We were talking briefly about body language earlier.  Booozo was keeping his arms crossed during his cross examining in court yesterday.  That signals insecurity and possible deception, as if he is holding in the truth.

I noticed that too 3babies - his body language speaks volumes along with his stuttering and struggling for words he is clearly in over his head.  Another thing I noticed while watching and watching the videos after the hearing and that is Bozo is NOT sporting a wedding ring.............HMMMMMMM.

Good Morning Monks...old and new!  I too wonder about these? How were so many missed? Did Dr. Lee have anything to do with planting these hairs.....uuuummmmmmm?  And who's hair were they? I am persoanlly skeptical of the whole thing. I laughed out loud at the CSI yesterday...he was obviously not impressed by the stupidity of his fellow Hispanic. BJ tried to make a connection in the beginning of the questioning clarifying the correct pronunciation of the CSI's first name...oooopssss that didn't work for him!  LOL I liked the CSI!  Mrs. Baden is an asset to the prosecution!!  Her abrasive manner and way of speaking is not going to play well with a jury for sure!  Nor the judge.....I'll bet he was laughing at her statement that she was going to educate the judge. Keep it up Mrs. Baden!!
