Morning Pooky,Sharon and BoyzM... How's things?

I just love watching Casey go through the check out line in Target. It is very telling how she rubs her hands together when waiting for Amy's check to clear the register.  This shows me when she is wringing her hands together, she is as nervous as she can get. Which isn't much!! I would NOT have the stomach to stand there with a phony check. Wonder what she would of done if the girl had checked her ID??

So when she was in court she was just a rubbin' those phalanges together,we can bet she is nervous.   Not scared;Nervous.
 I don't think we have seen Casey scared yet!

I can not wait for her reaction when her friends, one by one,take the stand right in front of her!!    Sweet!!   

This just might be when Casey takes a plea deal ,as to not face Amy ,Tony,Rico etc. in court!   Thoughts??

Er...her ID was checked, thats why she signed the check with her own name, for the life of me I can't understand how they passed that check with another name and address on it. I saw the full video where it was checked by Target employee and the DL # was on the bottom of the receipt. 

Sorry, just a little addition. When I queried the number on the bottom of the receipt and said it had the same amount of digits as a FL drivers license,  a Monkey was able, somehow  to look the number up and it came back with the same expiration date as slore's birthday. I can't remember who that Monkey was but, THANK YOU.

I kinda think the rubbing of the hands is a body language that interpets as nervous and anxious!!

 I do have to wonder why they wired Tony and did not set him up on the phone or jail house visit with Casey?? This appears suspicious to me as Casey was DEMANDING to have Tony's # from her family and she even sent him a note through Baez. Hmmmm....Another missed opportunity by LE? 

I think he would of gotten even some more fantasy as the truth is a stranger to her,but it certainly couldn't of hurt!  JMO   And could of aided in tripping her up somewhere down the road.

le is very careful once someone has legal representation, and baez had put her on only family visitation. theres no point in having someone wired when shes already in jail and all visits and calls are taped and recorded.

if they were to do it while she was out on bail, it would be very tricky because if shes not likely to tell the truth youve just provided the defense with testimony they can use to her benefit, because of course shes not under oath and cant be cross examined as to what she states, which is all going to be slanted to her favor and will stand alone with no chance for the prosecution to directly question her and trip her up.

I think when Annie spent the night with casey when she was out on bail - it is possible she wore a wire or was aware of a tap in the house.  I hope that was the reason for her cozy visits to casey.  Otherwise, very suspicious to want to sleep over at her house with what was known then.  Bet she didn't sleep much!

I know that someone mentioned trying to see if Bozo was still wearing his wedding ring at the hearing.  I never got a really good look at that finger.

You mention Annie might have been aware of a tap at the Anthony's.....I remember seeing the photos from the woman who went through the Anthony's trash....one showed a hand written note that said some to the effect...."Dad do you want to talk, I think the house is bugged!"

It looked like Casey's handwriting.......

I have 2 questions I have only seen two Pictures of Casey crying, one in court, and one in front of her house when Beaz was being interviewed, what was happening in those to Pictures for her to cry.
And she is being held with no bond right no way she can get out right?? Thanks

Lucinda,  so sad......Prayers to you and your friend and her family......my daughter lost a dear friend that way last year....please see a grief counselor, it really helps.

Hello Katie2!  I am doing great, I have my Ma down here now to help out.  Thank you so much for your prayers!!  Still have a great deal of time before June...ugh!  (9 months really is too long....)
