Lily, that was an interesting article...so many times construction workers travel all over to do big construction jobs...perhaps it could have been someone who was working on different bridge or infa structure jobs that call in for bigger crews at different times?

I sooo think this abduction was staged to set the ground work for Crystal to get custody.. I think Wyks is right...

He said that SO many LE were working on it, along with the FBI ... and I couldn't make out the other folks who were involved.

Said that it's SO sad, and they've hit a dead end.... a wall.  It's very frustrating.

Was asked what he thought of the marriage, he said he hopes folks won't judge by that, and maybe it's all innocent, or something to that affect, BUT:

He DID say to that ... 'everybody' is STILL a suspect ... soooo

That's about it.

Good Morning Monkeys!  you guys were rolling last night!  Hubby kicked me off the pc so I had to resort to the blackberry just when you guys started getting all the new good stuff; wedding, Haleigh's ggpop badguy, new door pics, crystals lawyer on ng.  Man, I have got to figure out wireless networking to get my pc hooked up again so hubby cant kick me off!  Going back some to catch up.

Good Morning Monkeys!  you guys were rolling last night!  Hubby kicked me off the pc so I had to resort to the blackberry just when you guys started getting all the new good stuff; wedding, Haleigh's ggpop badguy, new door pics, crystals lawyer on ng.  Man, I have got to figure out wireless networking to get my pc hooked up again so hubby cant kick me off!  Going back some to catch up.

Fatcat....hubby and I have a routine it seems....He leaves me pretty much alone with the computer but every evening around 8-8:30, he wants on the computer to play a few games of solitaire! I do have my lap top so sometimes I get on that ...can you imagine the nerve of him wanting to play solitaire on MY computer???

Sorry but the "Proposal Story" is somewhat of a big deal for girls (some girls)..."We were in Paris", "He jumped from a plane playing the violin", "We were deep sea diving in Australia and as a shark swam by he held out a ring"....you know the over exagerated lovey dovey crap that people love to hear and go "mush mush aw aw"....
Um, I can hear it now..."He proposed to me while we were waitin on the rest of our food to be put into take out containers at Chilis...did I mention his daughter from another babies ma'ma was missin?"   
I would demand a DO OVER!!

Does anyone think that MAYBE the girl ,forgot her name, that Mist left a message to on myspace saying, " I have your man AND I'm going to get your baby to has something to do with Haleigh's disapperance? I'm thinking maybe Misty AND ALSO RON has threatened to take her baby from her and she thought "OH, how about I take YOUR baby away from YOU RON! anyone think this is a possibility?? I DO!!! especially IF its Ron's baby and I think it probably IS. JMO

Haleigh and the Anniversary Killer

In Alabama in 1999 it is believed that a construction worker abducted/killed a young girl age 11 named Teresa Dean from a low income trailer park. Her home was near a construction site. Teresa was never found. Then in 2001 there was another girl taken from a low income trailer park near a construction site her name was Shannon Paulk. She was found dead seven weeks later by rabbit hunters. Then in 2003 another 11 year old girl from a low income trailer park was abducted her name was Heaven Ross. Heaven and Teresa’s bodies were never found. The girls homes were all near a construction site either commercial, roadwork, or bridge building was going on near the parks they lived in. Teresa was taken in August 15, 1999, Shannon was taken August 16, 2001 and Heaven was taken August 19, 2003. All in August, Teresa and Shannon’s abduction’s are two years and one day apart, Shannon and Heaven’s abduction are two years and three days apart. Heaven and Teresa’s abductions are four years and four days apart. They have a description of the man that they believe abducted/killed these girls. They believe he is a construction worker. They dubbed him the anniversary killer. Each of the girls lived next to a wildlife refuges also.

The only differences in Haleigh’s abduction and the three girls from Alabama are, Haleigh lives in Florida, the three girls were all 11 years old, Haleigh is only 5 and the time of year that Haleigh was abducted compared to the time of the three victims from Alabama. Could someone of been watching Haleigh?

Ok, I do not see this Anniversary Killer as being the un-sub, given he would have to deviate his course and litter pick, which would be out of his comfort zone completely, BUT I do agree that I am leaning toward the possibility that she was taken by someone who had been watching her and scoping things out, that is if it is not one of the players already in the mix at this point. 
I am with John Walsh, everyone is a suspect at this point, I am not on either camps side, I am Switzerland, ALTHOUGH I do NOT agree with some of the actions taken thus far....but then again I have never had a child taken from me so I am not in a position to judge.

Just to add...if either one of these groups set this up over custody issues, why not take JR as well?  Also, that would not be a very thought out plan, as when all is said and done, the FBI and LE will foil the plan and either party that started this would end up in jail with nothing.  I do not see either of the camps being smart enough to pull of this sort of heist, and most certainly not for this long.  IMHO

Not only where is Haleigh, but how will Haleigh just appear, they must have thought it out that there would be consequences to this action, how could they not realize the involvement of LE.

Ya you have to ask where is she? Plus I think this gives these people a lot of credit for being super creative, super organized and with a lot of resources in order to pull this off and pass polygraphs and hide a 5-year-old with nobody seeing her for a month now. I don't think they have that much going for them. I don't think any of the family did this because of the reasons stated above. JMO
