Jen it's a given he would backpedal, that's a no brainer IMO. Real shame he can't be trusted but once burned, twice shy.

Kyle Kingman: The logs are in a safe somewhere. John and Ryan Poff (one of John's project managers) knows where it is. I can't get copies of the logs at this time. Perhaps in a few months. The target locations are in the safe, although I also have them in a safe spot.  I don't care about the other targets though. I don't think any of it is of any potential interest. Mainly junk, coral, and debris.

Kyle Kingman:  I took the proportions of the body form from the head, to shoulder, to a 90 degree angle which I believed to be the hem line of Natalee's skirt. I then took those proportions and matched them to the photo of Natalee with what she was last seen wearing. The proportions matched within an inch from head, to shoulder, to skirt line. Based on this comparison and with what we believed we saw in the Dec 29th video, Tim Miller contacted the family and told them the 99.9% comment. I told Tim not to do anything until we have forensic results back after the site is processed. Jan 7th we sampled the contents and in my opinion we found the skirt under the sand along with the other items The blue fabric was found right where the skirt is pictured. If it isn't her, it will forever haunt me as a major cosmic WTF

JMO, she seems like a chameleon...changes her colors to fit in in any forum.  She probably doesn't know anymore (or even less) than we do; but her comments make her "fit it".  All the better to gather information and take back to BNH.

Yesterday ... it snowed and rained.  Then the sun peeked out for a short time prior to clouding over again.  Then we experienced strong gusty wind throughout the night.  It is drizzly out right now.

The weather is crazy.

I was just reading Klaas's post about the Enquiror's article re: "Natalee's Last Phone Call" that was published back in 2005. Could somebody refresh my memory, please?

Did we ever determine if that call was real? I know Natalee didn't have international calling, but I just can't remember what we concluded about that call. TIA!

I feel like I have entered the twilight zone when I read the posts on the "cage" thread at GM.  John Silvetti is upheld and ... Kyle Kingsman's words are disregarded ... not undermined.

I opened that pdf you posted with the warnings.  I didn't take a screen shot, but the article had a picture of John & Roberta with some others and an ad describing their business.  I'm running a scan, right now.

There was a strange call to a friend of hers (William) but there is no evidence that it was from Natalee. The message was on his Cell phone and he retreived it on the airplane on the way home.

There was 1 phone call made that originally was thought to be significant because of the date only it was actually from the night before. The phone call was to a boy in Birmingham and she might have left a message for the boy, but it was not the night of the incident but the night before.
