Ive got a question for anyone reading the cell phone docs. Does it say that some phones were tapped?

Down were it says August 21 2008 does this mean they installed pen registeres and trap and trace on some of the phones? is this same as tapping the phones?
I wonder whos phones they did this too? Says the info obtained was sealed. Will this sealed info if important come out at trial?

I just finessed reading the phone logs and I am interpreting this the same as you are, there were phone taps and the results are sealed.  I also find it interesting that TL allowed police to tap his phone and actually voluntarily allowed them to extend the taps two times.  There is also a new name to me on the phone logs.  On June 27th she calls back of America Weather and then a calls Ryan A Palmer.  Who is he?

Yes, Sea Searcher, I agree with you and all the adjectives above.  "Odd" is my way of saying this needs to be looked at further.  I have found it odd that many of the items seem to have been "cleaned" maybe even before LE were orginally called.  I do not want this case to be a miscarriage of justice.  I would like to see ALL parties involved in any "cover-up" be brought to justice.

So the backpack and contents were in Casey's car, right? So how can you clean everything so well that there were no fingerprints? And why would you, since it was in Casey's car, there should be fingerprints, and that would not be odd. I must not be understanding this, and if I am, whoever did the cleaning is an expert.

I want to think the back pack was one of the things that Cindy had removed from the car and turned over to LE Id have to back to early docs to be sure tho.

Pg 4967 on Phone docs Ryan A. Palmer.  From his address and later pings from KC"s phone it was consistent with her being in the same area as his residence later that night.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has inquired about purchasing the Orange County wooded lot where the remains of Caylee Anthony were discovered.

Padilla, who once helped Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, bond out of jail, left a message with the property owner and offered $50,000 to buy the land, he told Local 6 News. The property owner is currently seeking $89,000 for the lot.

Casey Anthony, 23, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in Caylee's death. The girl's remains were found in the woods, located near the Anthony family's east Orange County home, in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in mid-July, about a month after she was last seen alive.

Padilla does not have specific plans for the land but said he wants it to remain a memorial to Caylee.

Meanwhile, Padilla said his deposition next week in Casey Anthony's civil case has been postponed until May. Gonzalez's attorney, John Morgan, wants to depose Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, prior to deposing the bounty hunter, according to Padilla.

Gonzalez, who shares the same name as the woman Casey Anthony said she left Caylee with before they vanished, filed a defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony, saying she lost her job and her reputation was ruined because she was linked to the case.

I always kind of suspected that when Casey was faced with the absolute certainty that she could be proven to be responsible for Caylee's death, that she would fall back on, "It was an accident and then I got scared," in the hope that law enforcement and/or a jury would believe her.

Stuff like tape across the mouth doesn't exactly get there accidentally, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I posted this in the "Crimes Against Children" forum because some elements of this child's "accidental" death sound like it could be Casey talking about her situation.

Oh, yes, I do believe that children fall victim to genuine accidents many times a year in the USA and elsewhere. I'm going to take a wild guess that 99.99% of the responsible adults on the scene of any such accident calls 911 instead of dumping the precious angel in a ditch. Whadoya think?
