ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Twenty-three years ago Casey Anthony was born. But Thursday she sat in jail and had no birthday cake and no visitors, except her attorneys.

It wasn't even Jose Baez who visited her on her birthday Thursday. Instead, Jose Garcia spent most of the day with her and Gabriel Adam joined them for a few hours. Both left at 3:30pm.

On the dinner menu for Casey's birthday was smoked sausage, rice and vegetables and either a cake or cookie, but no candles and no party for the birthday girl, but her father did give her a big birthday present.

Casey Anthony held Caylee on her second birthday as she blew out her candles. Casey was 21. For her 23rd birthday, there will be no candles to blow out.

"This will be the lowest point in her life," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer told Eyewitness News.

The jail says she did not ask permission to receive any packages, but her father George deposited $100 into her jail account Wednesday.    Where is this jobless tool getting the money!!   I want financial disclosure dangnabit!

Her 22nd birthday didn't seem so special either, but was riddled with dark thoughts. Investigators said, on St. Patrick's Day last year, she Googled "how to make Chloroform," "neck breaking," "shovel," "household weapons," and "self defense." Two days after her birthday, she researched household ingredients used to make chloroform, missing children's websites and Googled the 100th episode of the TV show One Tree Hill, where the plotline included a nanny kidnapping a toddler.

Investigators believe, at this time last year, she could've been hatching her plan to kill Caylee. Her mother had just refused to babysit Caylee while Casey wanted vacation with friends in Puerto Rico.   Hmm, did I miss something with this little tidbit?

Casey has been in jail since October, when she was arrested in connection with the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Casey has since been charged with first-degree murder and Caylee's remains were found not far from Casey's parent's home.

A trial date on the first-degree murder charges has not been set and experts believe a start date could be as long as a year away due to the amount of evidence involved in the case.

Her father deposited the money, not father, mother and brother, interesting. I'd like to know also where that tool is getting the money to put in her account also. And it is interesting about Cindy not wanting to babysit for Caylee, while Casey went on vacation. But my favorite is that Jose didn't come and help her celebrate, lover's spat perhaps?

I am totaly convinced that!! Jose Baez's wife had a serious talk with him about his behaviour with casey. Especialy it being broadcasted all over the world. Some he couldnt deny, especialy videos of him with his arms around her as he was under the unbrella with her headed to jail.. por casey was just eating up all that male attention and the smell of his cologne and warm body must of sent her hormes  to dancing....and doing  summersaults... I am sure his wife began to see that this was not a normal  client/lawyer relationship.
I dont care how professionel he claims he is with her.. the videos tell a different story. You could see the way they look at eachother!!
but than I am not telling yall anything you dont already know!! I just wanted to add my two cents about their inappropiate behaviours.... he is isolating her from whomever he chooses. He is doing a lousy job but than we all know that too!!
He babbles and rambles on and doesnt know what the hell he is doing. He will back off from her as he did today on her birthday!!!

O my sweet friend...cheer up more money in commissary only means packing on more pounds.   Shes in for a huge shock when she goes to the state pen for life, they dont have a catered extensive commissary there, in fact I dont think most county jails in this country have what OC jail offers - its totally ridiculous and unacceptable to me

New here but have been luring for a long time.  I believe that the new documents will not be out till tomorrow just to mess up everyone's weekend.

Not sure if this has been brought up or not but here goes.  The discussion on NG earlier this week was that chloroform could be detected up to 6 months after being exposed in the hair.  What they have not talked about that is more significant and telling are the maggots.  They will have high level of chloroform from ingestion and it would be far easier to detect if in fact chloroform was used on Caylee.  Has there been any release forensics of the maggots yet?

Another thing that has really been bothering me for a long time is the amount of garbage in the trunk.  There has been speculation that it came from TL apt but I have always wondered if any of those little Velveeta snacks may have been left in the trunk with Caylee if she got hungry when she woke up?  Horrible thought but it has crossed my mind that Caylee had been put in the trunk to begin with out of desperation so that Mommy Dearest could go party, then it became second nature to leave her in there.  I believe something went wrong, with her waking up too soon and then asphyxiating on her own vomit as she was panicking.

Forgive me if this has been brought up before.

Welcome Raec...glad you found us.  I too found that nazimod place first, but after reading for a couple of days...decided I couldn't post there because I had already came to the conclusion that the A's were covering, in collusion, or something.  Thank goodness someone mentioned SM somewhere else..and haven't left here since then.  So grateful they allowed me to join them.  

I too had that same observation/red flag about the chocks story George gave.  IIRC George called Cindy at work AFTER he called police to file a theft police report.  Then Cindy texted/called KC to tell her that she better bring the gas cans back because George was reporting it to the police....up drives KC..and the 'Gas- Can- Per- George- Story'.  

Nobody that has 'heard' that story has thought to ask George. (Greta, LE, FBI, etc.).  "Well, how about those wheel chocks George?"  The choices that we have to choose from is:

I disagree...this is not the lowest point in her life...I believe she has a long to go before she hits bottom.. JMO

This would be about the right time (a year ago) that all her planning would have begun...for killing Caylee and making travel plans if she were allowed to go...

I agree that she hasn't hit bottom yet.  But I don't think we'll ever see her bottom (wait - huh?  lol!), unfortunately.  It's gonna be after she's convicted, and when the media and public doesn't give two spits about her anymore. 

Errr ummm, you did not see THAT photo did you?? I am still having nightmares..but,yes, unfortunately,we have seen KC's bottom.. and then well, she is a complete arse anyway,so you see her.. well you get my point.

Sea I don't remember if any documents ever said when they planned to go to PR? My monkey brain is fried. Does anyone know when they were making plans to go to PR in June/July?

And no this isn't the lowest point in her life. To KC, this is a high point in her life. She is eating up the media attention. I think the lowest point in her life will be when they stick a needle in her arm.  JMO JSM

how sad if those were caylees snacks .. but what you say does make alot of sense  to me....seems logical and probable... maybe caylee slept there before her death.. while mommie dearest was out pulling trains and rubbing her body all over those women she partied with.. who knows!!

FOX 35 has learned the "Sunshine Caylee" doll is officially off the market. Showbiz Promotions out of Jacksonville, Florida announced they put the doll on the market in late January. After rage from the public, the company's owner changed his mind saying, "After reviewing the response to our media introduction of the Sunshine Caylee Doll and listening to the advice of the general public, we feel that is it best to suspend the launch of the Sunshine Caylee Doll."

But until late Thursday afternoon, if you logged onto www.cayleedoll.com you would have found the Sunshine Doll Collection, featuring Caylee and four others selling for around $20. Also on the Web site are Caylee T-shirts and bracelets for sale. That made Caylee Anthony's grandparents and their attorney, Brad Conway, mad. "We thought this issue was solved the end of January and it was not there was a cease and desist order sent," Conway told us in a phone interview Thursday afternoon.

Today Conway called Showbiz Promotions and told the owner to take the doll and all Caylee products down immediately. "We've come to an amicable agreement," said Conway.

That agreement is that by midnight tonight, the Caylee dolls and everything with Caylee's name on it will be off the site and no longer be for sale.

By midnight tomorrow www.cayleedoll.com should no longer exist. If it does, "We'll take the next step," said Conway.

By 5 p.m. Thursday, the dolls, T-shirts and bracelets were removed from the site. FOX 35 will be checking. We'll let you know if cayleedoll.com is gone by midnight Friday.
