I also think that Mistie holds the key to whatever transpired at that home the night Haleigh came up missing.

No Im absolutely not saying that and I would never make any kind of racial comments, because Im not racist, I am referring to his arrest record which includes having drugs that could be looked at as date drugs, and selling narcotics within so many feet of a school dwelling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Foggy Dew~  I was just giving you a possible thought I had.  I don't necessarily think you should ignore it if you have a gut feeling or what I guess could be called listening to the little voice...Sometimes intuition can be valuable.  See, now that you say the use of "they" seems odd, I'm doing some rethinking.  Don't let it go.  Hold that thought and file it away for possible retrieval at a later time.  There is a good chance you could be right. 

Yes.  I couldn't let it go if I wanted to but I do practice "thought stopping" when I have to concentrate on something else.  I'm sure many'd agree that intuition speaks in the softest little voice, but is arguably the most difficult to ignore.

I was complelled to start this thread after the last interview this interview Aired March 16, 2009 with Ronald Cummings.

Nancy isn't a credible host on her own show!

Well NANCY if you would review your first interview Aired February 11, 2009 with Ronald or investigate the stories you report you would find this:

CUMMINGS: She got out of bed and went to use the restroom and came back to find that my daughter was not in bed with her.

GRACE: OK, what time did...

CUMMINGS: And the back door was wide open and she was -- and she was gone.

GRACE: Ronald, what time did she put Haleigh to bed?

CUMMINGS: She puts them to bed every night at 8:00 o`clock.

GRACE: At 8:00 o`clock. When she put...

CUMMINGS: And...

GRACE: When she put her to bed at 8:00 o`clock, did she also put to bed the little 4-year-old boy?

CUMMINGS: Yes, she did.

GRACE: OK. What time did she go to bed?

CUMMINGS: Approximately 10:30, 11:00.

GRACE: At 10:30, 11:00. At that time, was little Haleigh in the bed asleep with the brother?

CUMMINGS: Yes.

GRACE: And they all slept together in the same bed, correct?

GRACE: So sometime between 11:00 PM and 3:30 AM, Haleigh goes missing. Now, did she call 911?

CUMMINGS: No, she did not, not until after I was there. She tried to call me, but I was pulling in the driveway. So I asked her how come she was trying to call me, she needed to call 911. So she immediately called them then.

Well Nancy how about you question why the story changed from your show that Aired February 11, 2009 and the new story that Aired March 16, 2009?

Ronald, as I see it, there are three main inconsistencies in Misty Croslin -- now Cummings -- statement. Number one, when she called police. Number two, why she went to a bathroom far away from where Haleigh was, as opposed to the one right there in the master bedroom. And possibly most significantly, an alleged inconsistency about where she was sleeping and where Haleigh was sleeping the night she was kidnapped.

Let`s take that one off the top. What did Misty tell you that night -- not later, but that night -- about where Haleigh was sleeping?

RONALD CUMMINGS: She told me that she was sleeping in the -- her and Junior were sleeping in my queen-size bed and that she was sleeping in the tot bed beside her.

I welcome any comments from viewers that enjoy watching the guest on Nancy Grace but can't stand her rude, non-professional manner in how she treats her lawyers she likes to unleash!

I think she needs anger management or break out the med's when its time for a guest to answer a question that is not the opinion of Nancy!

Nancy how dare blast the mother of Haleigh over custody saying it's taking away from the search from Haleigh.

And this may be my last post but....I cannot stand the way everybody here feels the need to walk on eggshells and kiss azz in order to codify the mods of this forum. I thought everyone's OPINIONS count - not just some... ok peace out.

Also hh, how do you know that he is half white?  All light complexion blacks are not mixed.  Did I miss something?

I just watched the church service with Ron, Crystal, Misty, Grandmas and Jr.

To me, it seemed that Ron was more in tuned with Crystal, than Misty ... accept the one time, that Misty laid her head on his shoulder, and he put his head against hers.

Other than that, Ron motioned Crystal to sit next to him, so she could hold Jr., looked at her quite a few times ... and seemed to pretty much ignore Misty.

Just my observations.  But I gotta say, the one I feel the worst for, is Jr. ... poor little baby, doesn't know what happened to his Sissy.
