Since I'm unfamiliar with custody issues and DCF there is one thing that keeps coming back to me that has bothered me. Ron saying that he and Haleigh had an agreement about punishment. WTH does that mean? With parenting classes do they tell you to make an agreement with your kid on how to punish them? I wonder if he had an agreement with JR? And what if your kid is to little to work out an agreement with you? This makes no sense to me at all. 

I agree agreement...humm wonder what the agreement was?

I just have never heard of that before, I was just wondering if others have.

That's what I was afraid of.  And Dolce I also knew what I could and couldn't do there was no agreement as far as, if you do that this is your punishment, and if you do this, this is your punishment.

I know that this is not a popular opinion on this board, but I am going to say it anyway.

While I do not believe that Crystal has done something to harm Haleigh, I do find it suspect that her and her mother came out full throttle with guns blazing from the get go in all of this.  Her baby is missing yet she is worrying herself with a custody battle.  Did she see the opportunity early on for a custody battle and decide to start throwing mud the first chance she had a microphone?  Why the need for this Anna person and Marie person to be telling complete strangers inside info for any other reason than to muddy the waters?  Why the need for 2 sides in all of this?  Why can they both not for a moment put aside their differences and say "We want OUR daughter back.  We may not get a long, we may have other opinions, but this is OUR child and she needs to be returned"..........didn't see that.

Totally agree with what you've said....I just don't get their thinking.

Can't she do this quietly, behind the scenes?  Would just seem more geniune/sincere.  My opinion.

Well, considering the media and all the nosy reporters, it would not have stayed behind the scenes. Anything these people do or say is going to be broadcast... you can take that to the bank. I have a feeling Crystal didn't intend for this to all be public. They fired questions to her, she answered them, and bam! It all goes public. This lawyer probably convinced her that this was the right thing to do, and she is just going along. Remembering the Anthonys, they couldn't go to the bathroom without it being on the nightly news. Same in this case. There was no way this could have been kept behind the scenes. No way.

I agree that things all become public once they are told in an interview with LE, but they voiced it from the get go to the media and to anyone who would listen.  We have AnneFL posting on the web their dirty laundrey...its like a huge tabloid had diareah over at WS from what is being stated over here from there. 
The lawyer did not come into play until recently, this went on before her coming onto the sceen.

That is fine and dandy, that is Ron and Misty's responses to the harder questions - they look like the idiots, we all can see that.  We all see their circus.  Thats great for them...WTH cares!

Now, since they are divided, I want to see how Crystal handles herself with these same questions.  Does she put up the front like these 2 morons do?  Does she get married to her sweetheart babies daddy?  Do you get what I am saying?  She is making a great effort with the Haleigh foundation, thats great, but she is still a parent and should be treated in the same respect as the other 2.

I did take a parenting class,not because I had to,but because I was a teen mother and wanted to do it right. I had an agreement with my children as punishment..

They knew if they did wrong,they lost privileges.. ie grounded from video games/friends and playing outside for a length of time,the length of time depended on the crime. The second offense the length of time would be extended a day or so..

I agree & think it really shows her immaturity, as Dolce said, they act like they are still in high school & never grew up. Her comments on Amber's Myspace page show that too. She seems to like to needle Ron's old girfriends and throw it in their faces that she has Ron now. JMO

IMO Ron had NEVER been interrogated on tv like Crystal has been, NG was vicious last night and so different than when mamma Neves and Ron were on, she all but started crying for them and then went balls to the walls on Crystal. She is so biased she can't see straight, and it remind me of the Caylee case very early on when she took up for everything the a's did, while we could all see the writing on the wall, she kept on with they are such "victims".......BS!

Once again, its all very jouvenile and ridiculous. They are not in high school anymore, hell they all dropped out!  The back stabbing jabber is outrageous, Crystal came out swinging, Ron and Misty have looked dumb from day 1, and you have their parents fueling the fires instead of insisting it stop and being adults about it to find HALEIGH. 

I still say I want to see Crystal answer the same types of hard questions though.  That would be her chance to show herself as the better person here.  My God look at the idiots she is up against here, she has all the chances offered to her right now on a silver platter to be the bigger person and get the custody of the children back, but she can not stoop to their level of play as she has been.
