Actually in 1998 or 1999 they had an even WORSE year and the population was much smaller.  Had eight murders with smaller number in population.

I don't know how they say crime free with a straight face but then Arlene did used to crack up sometimes when telling us those whoppers.

What I really wonder is if this is grounds for a class action law suit by all of us who have gone there under the pretext of it being crime free or if it is just plain false advertising and should be addressed as such.

The correct question for this issue is "Who is your ISP provider?"  In other words, how do you connect to the internet and what company do you have service with.  This will answer the question easily if nothing shady is going on such as IP spoofing.

(I am leaving for a while in about 5 minutes but will check back as soon as I get back home)
