  Judge Smails from Caddyshack. Did you know George/Milsteads went and bought a boat? I changed my avi in hopes George's tub would sink (in shallow water) with the Milsteads aboard along with Cin Cin.

I suspect that after JB had the huge hissy fit about not having the name of the botanist on the witness list last court date the SA figured OK, here you go sink or swim.  Sad thing is that the SA has until very close to court date to amend the list.  So I bet they are putting everyone and their dog who could be possibly called and let JB figure it out.  No more whining about the SA withholding. HA!

I laugh because when JB filed the the first defense witness list it was the exact copy of the prosecution list.  Then he took flack for that as he is supposed to come up with his own list so he refiled the list with only 2-3 additional names.  Wonder if he will now use the new list and do the same thing?

Hi all!  I can't believe that GA was so excited about the boat that is named the SS Caylee Marie!  I think that KFN should have given the money to TES since they actually know how to use the supposed sonar on the boat.  Oh and by the way TES actually does go out and look for missing children!  But we all know who we are talking about so it doesn't surprise me at all.  Blood Money bought that boat!

There has been a lot of speculation if the Ants have allowed KFN to use the name Caylee for free for the S.S. Dingy.

I just search both the US Trademark and Copyright sites and there is nothing registered for "Caylee".  I do not believe that you can Copyright or Trademark a common name.  Perhaps her likeness but not common name.  Can you imagine if you could Trademake a name what a nightmare that would be for all the other people that we blessed with that name on their birth certificates?  Symbols is another thing.  Like the artist formerly known as Prince getting his Klingon symbol, or Gene Simmons copyrighting the money bag symbol.
