unless cin-cin has someone else she will not kick him out.....

they are both reaping lots of $$$ off Caylee's murder and will continue to for a long time....IMO she wouldn't want another woman to have any of that moolah!!

Does anyone have the date when Dr. Lee "found" those 3 or 17 hairs?  According to the last doc dump, on January 2, 2009, the entire trunk area/car was vacuumed before sending the car from the forensic area to the evidence area.  When were those 3 or 17 hairs found?

They are trying to say the hairs were found after LE was done.  My personal opinion ... those hairs were found in a brush at the Anthony's ... found their way into Lee's pocket ... and miraculously appeared in the trunk.  Now if he could just find that darn tooth fragment he lost during the Spector investigation!   

Exactly!   Thats what Im saying...one problem the hairs Lee "found" wont have a death band or if they do they will be with Caylee's DNA if they were missed so the point for the defense to play this dirty pool will backfire...damasses!

If they tested GA, would the results be withheld from the public?  I thought that I read somewhere that the Prosecutors can hold back certain evidence from being released to the public (though not from the defense)?

I don't think it's GA, the only reason I entertain the thought is because they tested LA.  When Baden said that LE already knew who the father was, I wondered if it was because the preliminary testing showed that Caylee and Casey had very similar DNA markers that would/could only occur if there were incest involved.  If that's true, maybe the test on LA was to rule him "OUT" and not "IN".

There is absolutely, positively, no way in hell that their marriage will survive.  They already think the other is throwing them under the bus.  I think he will leave before she throws him out.

I think what they will try to say is that the single hair LE found that had a death band ... is faulty science ... because looky here!  We found several other hairs in that trunk that belonged to Caylee ... and none of them have a death band!  Faulty science Faulty science!

I would love to see some stats on how many human hairs are found in the average person's trunk.  I can't think I would find many of my own hairs in my trunk.  I rarely am leaning completely into it ... head and all ... even when retrieving my spare or groceries.
