A hearing is set for Wednesday morning to determine whether Casey Anthony will have to reveal how she is paying for her defense.

Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments from prosecutors on why Casey Anthony needs to disclose the information. They contend the 23-year-old could only afford her high-powered legal team by selling photos or videotapes relating to the story of the disappearance and death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder.

Her attorney, Jose Baez, is managing her assets, prosecutors wrote in their motion, and he could have a conflict of interest

In court papers, Baez fired back with objections to the prosecutors' assumption. He wrote the state wants to "harass and embarrass" the defense team. He has no conflict of interest and no rights to his client's story, according to the paperwork

As it turns out there is quite a bit going on with the case this week!

 it took me forever to post that article...awws tks Lovin - Im going to the doc's this afternoon - my plumbing crew was here until 7:30 last night, there was another crack in a pipe that ran under one my flower gardens that butts up against the house & where my laundry room vent is right at the edge as it would go under the foundation  ...they found construction cinder blocks buried under the ground - must have been there from when they constructed the house.    Now, we have some major clean up work to do to fix the yard

How to Identify a Dumbass

You can spot him wearing an empty case of beer hat throughout the day. While he may be hard to identify amongst a large crowd of people, the beer case hat will give away his position every time. If they get clever and decide to trick people by removing the beer case hat and putting on a baseball hat, the next alternative can be examining their wallet. At first glance, the front side and maybe even the back will have an etched shape of an "0", generally due to stationary positioning of an overly expired condom. Note, condoms won't be magnums, or even trojans for that matter, but probably just your average generic condoms. Furthermore, the wallet will probably contain under 5 dollars on average, and an expired library card. On some occasions however, they may even have a surprising 10 to 20 dollars, indicating their birthday has recently passed, and Grandma Shirley remembered to send her usual BDay card containing several dollars. If the hat won't compromise the position of the dumbass, the wallet check surely will.
