Some of the details that private investigator Dominic Casey told detectives in the Casey Anthony case won't be released publicly, a judge ruled today.
Casey, who now works for George Anthony and Cindy Anthony, once worked for defense lawyer Jose Baez.

FBI Agent Nick Savage and Orange County sheriff's Sgt. John Allen interviewed Casey in early January. An 80-page transcript of that interview was released publicly in February after Judge Stan Strickland found it didn't contain any privileged information.

But a second statement, also taken during the Jan. 7 interview, was never released.

Strickland ruled today that portion of the interview contains communications that qualify as "'work product," and so they are privileged.
The judge noted in his order that the second statement is 13 pages and "essentially covers only one subject."

"They are inadmissible at trial, and will not be released by the Court to the general public," Strickland's order states.

Well that truely sux!  BUT if Morgan proves successful with the civil judge ordering Dominic to give his deposition (as a non charged witness) we might get a hint from that - the hugest hint today that he lawyered up at the eleventh hour, screams of consciousness of guilty about something...we know what that something is.

Hmmm....wonder what D KC needs a "high-powered" attorney for and why the sudden, at the last minute, postponement?

I'd like to know that too ... It seems he was the closest to Cindy during all this ... I bet he knows some really good schnit ... and probably needs a lawyer to keep his azz outta jail when he spills it!

4:31 p.m.ABC News allegedly paid Jose Baez upwards of $200,000 for home videos of Caylee Marie Anthony, according to a sworn statement Jim Hoover made this morning.   BAM!
Attorney John Morgan asked Hoover if he knew of anyone getting paid by ABC to which Hoover answered, "Um, I had head that money had been given to the attorney [Baez] for some individual -- I don't know if it was given to the attorney or to Casey for some videos that was on ABC."   BAM!
A few moments later he said Dominic Casey told him Baez was paid between $200,000 or $225,000 for the videos.  BAM!

4:10 p.m.Private investigator Jim Hoover told an attorney this morning that the purpose of his trip to a wooded area near the Anthony home in November was to look for the dead body of Caylee Marie Anthony, according to a transcript of his interview.   BAM!
Hoover said Anthony family private investigator Dominic Casey asked Hoover to accompany him in November.

"[He] asked me to go with him -- asked me to go with him to find Caylee's body," Hoover said in the interview.  BAM! BAM!

No worries Blink, in the end now Casey cant claim any portion of this excuse on appeal so in a way its a victory.

She did testify and the judge heard it as I anticipated due to the morning hour - just ticked they did go into chambers as we suspected.   If you read my post earlier Casey & Baez's arrogance and his swiping at the State like a school boy bully is going to work to her detriment.   Im just po'd because exposing this money trail to get these monsters shut down is essential, it aint over til its over g/f!

I would like to know why ( if Lee cane home to help pay the bills etc ) they are so flush with cash a few weeks after being apparently broke, they can buy a boat and possibly donate it ? Someone is selling something or someone is getting paid off.

SO....kidfinders managed to buy a boat with their blood money and aren't George and Spindy part of KF now?, way to go George who then calls the TV news to BRAG!!! Any sympathy I ever had for him is long gone............... 

Me too, I had sympathy at one time, never again. I really think George was trying to take the attention off of those Casey party pics that were released yesterday. Let me show everyone the boat, people then won't talk about my slore daughter and her partying ways.

QUESTION OF THE DAY:  IF, emphasis on if being ridiculous, Casey was innocent why would the Anthony family send PI's to the very location where Caylee's remains, they certainly wouldnt be covering for someone outside their family, right?   Loose lips let it be known they knew Caylee was dead & their "missing Caylee campaign" was a farce.

Leonard Padilla made an interesting comment on NG the other night:  He said that both Kronk and PI Casey we off by the same distance of where the were looking for Caylee as to where the actual remains were found.  IMO that indicates that both Kronk and the PI were told by someone the same info on where to look.  To both be off by the same distance is NOT a coincidence IMO.  Add to that, in a later show on NG, Padilla made a comment...something to the effect...that Kronk had received info from his girlfriend (who works in the jail).  I'm thinking that the "daisy-chain" is still in question.  In fact, more in question that it's ever been.
