It's the male birds, they see their reflection and like it so much, they think it's another bird.  Human males aren't much smarter.

News on spector trial: The jury should have the case bye Thursday Mar 26/09
Judge Fidler also added involentary manslaughter as a option. Verdict might take
longer, 30th and 31st are dark days because of holidays. It would be nice if they
came back quick.

it makes me really happy to hear that you enjoyed it ss, its my favorite song no matter who is singing it. leonard cohen wrote it in 84 and its been covered by tons of artists since he originally released it. cohens, john cales, jeff buckleys and rufus wainrights versions are at the top of my fave renditions list but from bon jovi to kdlang, they all sound just great.

the uk has its own version of american idol called 'britains got talent'. this is the audition video of paul potts, a working class mobile phone salesman. watch how scared and nervous he is and watch how the judges react to him when he comes out and again when he tells them what hes going to sing. im also curious to know what kind of thoughts you have as well going into it.

Del senno di poi ne son piene le fosse...

Dolce, I think Riley Joseph sounds really good.

Here is the story as to why I love the name Josef.

My daddy was born premature, my Grandmother was out of it, but had always wanted my him to be named Ronald Joseph. Since they were Catholic and thought my Dad was not going to make it once he was born, they asked my great Aunt the name of the baby (my Grand dad was in Korea in the war) She told the priest RONALD GENE, so they baptisted my Dad and the birth certificate said RONALD GENE.

My Grandmother was so pizzed. The reason my Aunt named him with the middle name Gene is because she had a boyfriend that ditched her two days before my Daddy was born named Joseph and she was not going to have her nephew with the same name. My Grandmother never forgave her sister for doing that.

They took my dad home in a shoe box, he slept in a dresser drawer and grew up to be 6 feet 5 inches and get a football/baseball/basketball scholarship to college.

And that monkeys is why I love the name JOSEPH/JOSEF/JOSE, excluding Jose Baez.
Good story!  I will add Joseph to the list.

Dolce,

I think TRISTAN RILEY is nice for a little boy or KADEN RILEY.  Of course, Tristan and Kaden my two grandson's names.

It is a very difficult decision to make.  Neither of my sons like their names, James and Brandon, so I told them I should have named them Son 1 and Son 2 until they were old enough to pick their own.

When they are born and placed in your arms, you will know in your heart what is right.
Beautiful choices!  Its so much better getting ideas from real people rather than these stupid name books!  We sit here and pick apart the names in the books to figure out if our child could be teased with it, or made fun of for their name...its so hard!

Wow, that was beautiful!!!!  I was a little nervous for him at first, but WOW.

i was too, and you could see that everyone was like ya, ok this joe shmoe is going to attempt opera of all things. you can tell hes petrified and uncertain and even with that and all the pressure, he had me in tears 20 seconds into it.

its one of those down days for me and i like to remind myself that no matter how discouraging and even hopeless things can seem at times, that out of nowhere and in the least likely way one would expect, the most beautiful and amazing things can happen.
