JSM - If you do not trust your hinky meter please atleast trust your dog and his insticts.  Josef circled the wagon for a reason, and that reason was he can smell it.  I promise you dogs smell out evil, I DO NOT know how, but they can.  This guy seems very clingy to me, and to give you dog a treat without having a dog of his own to house treats for screams "leach".
Skipper if there is one thing I have learned in my 24 years on this planet, that is do not get yourself into a situation that you are cornered.  Trust your dog and his instincts if nothing else, Josef will come out a fightin!

JSM I am happy to hear your brother and ex-bro-in-law are coming by to help you out.  You need to establish with this newbie-creep that you have people that look in on you and that you have people that you need to conversate with on a daily basis.  If he tries to walk with you again, simply say "Hey I have to run, I am expecting my evening call from my sister, and I can't miss it this week as she is going through some things.  Bye!"  Do not say "see you later" or "see you around"...cut it with a "Bye."

I was just dropping in to post something and was reading about JSM. JSM I live alone in a small town of 2200 people but I keep my doors locked 24/7. You never know when someone will just open the door and walk in. Please be careful. And be rude if you have to be. I am also southern and was raised to be polite...We have certain people that come around about every 2 weeks wanting to talk about the Lord and leave Literature. They always want to come in and talk to you. I went to the door a couple of times and never allowed them inside. Now I just don't even go to the door when I see them on my street. I do not let anyone I don't know into my home at all.

Northwest Florida Operation Nets 3 Men for Soliciting "Children" Online or Possessing Child Pornography

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FL – A joint agency operation has resulted in the arrest of three men on charges they either possessed child pornography or used the internet to sexually solicit individuals they believed were children, when they were actually chatting with undercover CyberCrime investigators. The operation was coordinated by Attorney General Bill McCollum’s CyberCrime Unit.

“Cooperative efforts are the best way to address this statewide threat to our children,” said Attorney General McCollum.

Arrested during the operation were the following individuals:

Hatch, Jason; 23; Milton, FL; unemployed; charged with two counts of possession of child pornography; booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail;

Misleh, Joseph; 56; Mary Esther, FL; lawn care worker; charged with online solicitation of a minor, traveling to meet a minor for a sexual encounter; booked into the Okaloosa County Jail;

Girard, David; 53; Robertsdale, AL; unemployed; charged with online solicitation of a minor, attempted lewd and lascivious battery; booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail.

“Joint operations like this make a clear statement that preying on children will not be tolerated in our community,” said Santa Rosa Sheriff Wendall Hall. “The internet will be patrolled, just as we patrol our neighborhoods.”

Over the course of the operation, 11 search warrants were served in Okaloosa, Escambia, and Santa Rosa counties.

“Our police department was happy to be working cooperatively with all these agencies, making a difference and protecting our children,” said Pensacola Assistant Police Chief Chip Simmons.

The agencies involved in the operation included the Attorney General’s CyberCrime Unit, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, the Pensacola Police Department, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Marshal’s Service, the Gulf Breeze Police Department, the Milton Police Department, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida, the State Attorney’s Office for the First Judicial Circuit, the Fort Walton Beach Police Department, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Pensacola Junior College Police Department, the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS), and the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Numerous criminal investigations are ongoing.

OK now to the post I came in here to make. My son is a cop and my best friend in the world was a cop and he was also my sons mentor. My son was training with Roy the first 2 weeks he was at the Sheriff"s Office. Roy worked over that night after my son got out of the car with him and died of a massive heart attack later that night. To show our love and support for Roy I started burning a blue light in my window 24/7.Just one of the electric candles that you use at Christmas ,but with a blue light. All the officers started telling my son how much that light meant to them when they would patrol our neighborhood. That was 10 yrs ago and that light still burns in my window 24/7 to show my respect and support for LE. Four officers died in the line of duty in California this week....So I thought I would pass this along if anyone else would like to show thei support for officer's in your area. They truly appreciate it.
