Lucky Day Joy Wray is a nut job that inserted herself into Caylee case and also has been talking about this case.

Is she the one that found Kim? Or is that Rayanne? How did she insert herself in the Caylee case? Thought I was up to date on the Ant case and all it's disgust!!!!!

Joy is supposedly good friends with the Anthonys, she was even at a couple court hearings.

I met this woman in OrL A W N D O. She is off. However, her and windchime seemed to hit it off at Econ River.
She carried the huge 3 ring binder with handwriting scrawled all over it. Her hubby was arrested for child abuse. Lovely.

I saw quite a bit of that day from Murt's cam 

Quite a rap sheet..... appears to possible have no one at home upstairs.

Anna is saying that SM people were phoning her and that they also phoned KIM and told her that Anna was posting this information today.  Said SM also phoned Cobra.

 

The drama with her and getting people whipped us is not right. I really would like to know why she is doing this.

sorry to ask but who's Murt?

I really don't know how to describe him. He got himself involved in the Trenton Ducket case and with Caylee. He has a cam on his truck and he just sort of inserted himself everywhere, I guess you could say he interferred as well. I thought I read he was in Satsuma for awhile also, but not sure on that.

Haleigh's Parents Continue to Battle Each Other via Lawyers

SATSUMA, FL -- Ronald Cummings' defense team continues to fight back against Crystal Sheffield as the search for their missing 5-year-old daughter Haleigh continues.

Yesterday, the lawyers from Kimball & Snider, P.A., fought back against Sheffield's allegations of child abuse.

Today, the legal team is refuting statements attributed to Ronald Cummings, Jr., Haleigh's younger brother.

Citing an interview with Crystal and Junior conducted in early March by Craig Rivera, the lawyers say "shabby journalism" is what led to reports of 'Junior' saying a black man came into the house the night Haleigh disappeared.

They say the statements were made by the young boy while he was in his mother's arms, and that she coaxed his answers by putting them in her questions, and that the boy's response was "mystification and/or passive agreement" to what he was being asked.

Specifically, the lawyers say terms used by the 4-year-old such as "squeaking shoes" and "dressed in black" are not normal language for a child of that age.

Kimball & Snider also say that they have heard speculation that Crystal Sheffield received "a substantial amount of money" from Geraldo at Large, the show for which Craig Rivera conducted the interview. They add that they do not know any of that to be fact.

Well I beg to differ on a four year old saying things such as squeaking shoes, and dressed in black. I wonder if they have heard a four year old talk recently. I have, and frankly I was surprised at how sharp a kid of that age is. And I know when my two daughters were that age that would not have surprised me to hear them say that.

Well all children are not the same. Some are smarter, quicker to learn than others.  I have never heard Ronald Jr say a complete sentence, or even really utter a single word.  And considering the environment that is being reported that he has grown up in for his little short 3 years, it would not surprise me that he did not say exactly what/how Crystal said that he did, even though Crystal was asked to state Jr's words exactly.

About the search- I know this is not going to be a popular post, but I mean it earnestly.

This is an incredibly remote and in some cases transient area. You saw it on the video today.

I actually agree with the fact that only well trained search teams should be involved. Preferably those licensed to carry firearms. Everyone can see just on the web how negative and hostile it is. In theory, can you imagine if people were getting close? I am a TES member, have participated in searches and I advocate them. When Tim Miller cuts out of a location it has been my experience it is for a reason.

Lastly, I dont think Ron's uncle was arrested today for suspended license is any ko ink y dink.

Well I think one of the articles said Cobra was lucky because the marine had just unloaded his gun, maybe she wanted Cobra to get shot, I dunno, but she was def up to something!

I agree that Ron Jr, did not say these things without being prompted. I watched him on Geraldo and actually felt he displayed cognitive development of a much younger child, so much so I wondered if he has PTSD or some spectral issues.
Granted, I am not a a diagnostic professional for such things, but I do have exposure to it.

I believe it got back to Camp Crystal and they may have posed the questions to the baby and that was the outcome.

Agreed on the Uncle arrest report.  I just wonder if he's the one involved w/rumors regarding Misty?  He would work for me regarding that.  Creepy looking and the age I was going for; for Pedie trying to get to Haleigh thru Misty. 

As to the search with no in the family cleared as a suspect/POI how could they search, I think I'd let Crystal search but some may disagree.  No Chad or Marie searching for me tho.  Chad with that prior suspicion of abuse and Marie cause she is too emotionally involved in protecting her daughter from Ron.
