FWIW - I originally registered at WS before there was even a Scared Monkeys forum back in early 2005.  At the time I was pretty new to the missing persons cases and how crazy nutty people can be.  I registered under this name (klaasend) for the Jessica Marie Lunsford forum and have continued to use it on other sites.

What I'm saying is there are reasons people choose nicknames and depending upon when they register in a forum it could make a difference upon what nickname they use.

NOW...when it comes to posts from WS or other sites, in general, unless it is a porn or x-rated site we PREFER you add the link to where you got the information.  I don't care if it came from Topix or WS or wherever, but I do want the link.

Thanks!

Providing a link would really help me.

I don't post on any other missing person's forum. I post and read here, on SM.

But lately, I am really getting confused. It seems I am reading more copy/paste posts from WS and discussions about people posting there than I am seeing our own posts about the Haleigh case.

For me, it is getting quite frustrating.

Sorry, because I know my opinion about this will be unpopular.

I agree Brandi, I have been totally lost for the last 2 days. I only read and post on SM.

Forgot my manners again. Good Evening Monkeys !

Just wondering if anyone has heard if Misty hollered out to see if Ronald was at home once she woke up and noticed that the light was on in the kitchen?  Even when she went to the backdoor, did she yell out and say Ron are you out there?

I believe that would have been the first thing that I would have done, then looked to see if his car was parked where he normally parked it.

Has Misty said anything like this, I may have missed it.

What would you have done?  What would have been your reaction?

I would have tried to find out if my family member/roomy whatever was home, if not, I would have been on with 911 with a quickness. I have not heard anything of her saying she called out to RC or checked if it was him... me, I would have... this case is so confused/confusing.

I heard that a neighbor heard some yelling or screaming around 2:20 AM ..sorry I don't have confirmation on that.

I would have yelled out for Haleigh, myself. Inside and outside.

Would love to know if said neighbor heard male or female yelling. Also, wasn't Ms. Misty asleep at 2:20 AM????? "I woke up at 3AM, bla bla bla."

That would have been my first thought. Why would I think anything else, right?? Of course, this is IF I was telling the truth. I think Strickland can apply the same analogy he applies to our fave inmate.
"The truth and Misty are strangers."
Yes, I think you are right. Yes, I would have called out his name first, thinking he got home from work. I don't recall hearing that is what she did, but even if she said she did, she would have changed her story

Searching, I read what you wrote about those hog pits, I have never heard of something like that, but maybe he used those pits for other things, I don't know. That land had been searched by LE, so maybe those pits are nothing

Yes I would have thought it was Ron too, especially since that's around the time he gets home anyway, so I would have called for him. and Yes everyone in the area would have heard me screaming for Haleigh once it was discovered she was missing. She has not added that to her story at all for what I've seen, and I have been wondering about that, it seems that part would have made the final version edit instead of all the blanket phooey, but your right it woulda changed anyway

Ron told Nancy Grace that Misty was always asleep when he got home from work.  It was out of the norm for her to be up and standing at the front door.

Not sure but if I thought it was an intruder or something strange going on, I would have grabbed Jr and got the hell over to the neighbors while phoneing 911.

Thank-you, I read the comments. One of the comments was why would you take so many pics of her and her injuries, were they maybe going to sue the school? And just asking, if you fall from monkey bars, would you not have other scrapes and bruises? Maybe there are and there just are no pics of that.

Add Florida to list of places where daughter will NEVER be allowed to go either for Spring Break or on her senior trip.

Well, I know I would have grabbed Jr, and ran to a neighbor, that's why to me again, this is not making sense the way she tells it. It was probably out of her norm to be up and standing anywhere until about noon

Just MOO, but I think the entire blanket washing and GGMA Sykes is a made up story just like the story of the "made up" bed. Confused??? I know I am!!

I don't know if the mattress was taken, I sure hope it was. Again, I can't imagine this girl having a specific day to do laundry, and that washing of blankets and covering and making a bed with Jr in it, makes no sense. IMO, if she was washing blankets, there was a good reason for it, and not just because a blanket smelled of pee.

Didn't know colors but  Ford 4x4 and town car.

That town car is a very expensive vehicle, and was there not discussion about someone having one of those that someone was discussing.  Thought it had to do with maybe drugs, or similar.

One of the things I wondered was if that is a sedan or a limo.  A certain sex offender who visited Haleighbug last week has a white towncar limo!!
Somebody yesterday or the day before asked what kind of car he drives, at the time I thought why are you asking this, but there sure must be a reason to ask, not some random thought. He did answer, but I didn't pay much attention. Somebody sure was calling him out yesterday, neither one backed down though.
IIRC, it was someone who had been there searching with her dog?
Yes it was, and the vehicles are a white Lincoln Town Car and a newer F-150 4x4. Now that's interesting that the SO, is it Snodgrass, has a white Town Car.

Snodgrass has a white town car limo.

The local guy said he has a white town car and a white truck.

And he's full of little discrepancies like this.

He also really really enjoys watching little kids play in the neighborhood-  and likes to keep an eye out for certain kids at the bus stop.

And calls where he lives "paradise."    I agree that a tiny town with almost 50 sex offenders can be considered paradise......................................   if you're a sex offender.
I hope that you remeber you don't have to be register has a sex offender to be one. HI Avilda, hows it going?
