The scratch on the van. How did / would Misty know about it ? Or care ?
Didn't I read some disjointed interview about a scratch on the van where Misty q'd her sil about it ? The van was driven to the scene in the dark by the SIL, I don't know which one. Am I totally crazy ?   

According to what Chelsea is reported to have said in the below article, the van belongs to Misty.

Now tell me how unemployed, no steady income Misty can afford a decent looking vehicle as the one in the pic in the article.

Is Misty selling as well as using?  Inquiring minds want to know just how did Misty obtain the van.

I continue to have the feeling that LE is no longer moving with any sense of urgency in this case.  I wonder if they already have a good idea what happened to Haleigh, and are just waiting for forensics, or the right time, or self-incriminating statements, to make an arrest.  Building a tight case, in other worlds.

That's what I've been thinking, and I find it interesting that there will be searches this weekend.

Yea i dont think its LE doing that search though..They said to sign up at Haleighbugs foundation..I think its Crystals "people" who are doing it

Yes, I don't think I've heard of any more LE searches, which is what got me thinking that unhappy thought. 

Maybe the custody fight is what LE is hoping will bring out some more answers from Ron and especially Misty.

Here's something even stranger. Last night after hearing that discrepancy, I made a comment on Art Harris' site about this is the first time we are hearing that she may have been up in the middle of the night. On his blog, comments have to be approved by the moderator. At the time I made my comment, there were no comments on his story, and when I looked at it from my computer, I could see mine, but it said, "Your comment is awaiting moderation." Ok, that's normal. Then later that night, comments were approved, except mine is still 'waiting'. The time on my comment was just 30 minutes after the last one approved. Mine is STILL waiting. I can't figure it out. Any ideas

I agree, I bet you hit a nerve.. I have been on there several times. On one of my postings, I saw the little titled remark about the post be approved, came back later and found it online.  I had to leave the computer and didn't get back on for a couple of hours. Went back to the site, and found the post was gone. I thought that was rather odd.  Now was Chelsea up and in the van that night?  I knew she had an interview, caught just a few seconds of it..  Bare with me.. I have tid bits in my head.
a. the children both have rooms of their own, all setup with toys and beds? But, they don't sleep in their own rooms? "Play in Haleighs room when playing dolls, and little Ron's room when playing trucks.."
b. both children sleep in master bedroom? children and adults?
c. Haleigh doesn't like to play outside.
d. weapon in the house, discarted and thrown in ditch.
e. drugs were observed in house.
f.  misty returned after weekend of reported  ..x  and d....s.
g. Haleigh sleeping on crib mattress on floor, baby boy on bed..
h. Haleigh's blanket smelled like pee, had to be washed.
i.  Grandma's visit, 5, 7, or 8 all three times given.
j.  back door on side of house, no forced entry - Does not stay open by itself, screen door blocked open
k. Kitchen light turned on by intruder???????
l.  were any tire tracks found in grass or soil by side of house that were fresh, dew on grass at 3am would show tire prints.
m. What was Haleigh wearing when she was in school on Monday,  a pink shirt and tan shorts?
n. out of school at 3pm, - Found missing at 3am.
o. Little Ron said black man was in the house that took Haleigh,  - person wearing dark clothing picking haleigh up?
p. what were the children fed for dinner, question for little Ron, did you and sissy eat dinner?
q. frequent absences from school, majority are unexcused, which means no one takes time to write note.
r. frequent tardies. Misty stated, she takes her to school on mornings Ron just doesn't want to get up.
s. Van, Driver.. Keys .. Scratches on Van.
t. the reported injuries of facial and head blows Haleigh received.
u. if the clothes were on the floor by the back door, then you would have to step on the clothes to open the door, or you would not be able to open the back door. Clothes would be in the way. The utility room, small square room, door at end, washer and dryer on right hand side. just enough clearance for door to open and close.
v. window for master bedroom on front, but none on side near the "back door". 
w. was there a tv in the master bedroom?

Ron said he tore the house apart looking for Haleigh.
I saw the house.
There is nothing to tear apart.
Look in closets. Look in her room.
Was there an altercation there and the hosue was upside down ?
I have too many questions.

 

Unless Ron is/was pimping Misty then it would be my assumption in normal circumstances there should have been an altercation.  Misty goes spends the weekend with whiteboy greg getting high, stoned, and whatever else (you know what I mean. 

Ron is crazy mad.

Misty and Ron get into it upon her return.

Joe gets involved in the altercation.

Chelsea and Joe pay a visit to Misty the night that Haleigh went missing after Ron goes to work .

Maybe MISTY had to go and be with GLP, to pay off Ron's debt.

Yes, there is a TV in the master bedroom. It is the one Misty said Haleigh was watching that night.

There were DVD's taken from the trailer. From police report. Singular. Says not stolen.
Whatever that means.

Our weather is terrible up here. Feel as if I am trapped in this place tonight.
There is a big flood coming. I am ok, won't be affected, I must be nervous about it, mind jumping all over the place with this. I am going to leave, lights dimmed.

It has been reported that Misty claims that Jr and Haleigh were watching 2 different movies (perhaps dvds) prior to going to sleep the night Haleigh went missing.

I believe just recently Misty's mother has stated that the movie that Haleigh was watching prior to Misty going to sleep was not the same movie that was in the player the next day.

Makes me wonder if Misty got caught in a lie by LE.

Sometimes its those little things that trips one up.

I really and truly do not think the back door even matters anymore. IMO it was a staged act. The blankets have more meaning to me and I think the missing blanket is what Haleigh was wrapped in and taken from the house.

But....not long after that airing, I am not sure if was Misty saying what movies the kids watched, and the one in the machine was not what she mentioned.

Misties Mother says that before mistie fell asleep she had put one of the mivies in the player for her to watch, then she says when she woke up the movie that she put in wasnt in there anymore and the other movie was in ther, then she said that Haleigh must have gotten up and changed them,!

So, if we are to believe this..that means Misty fell asleep before HL. HL watched a movie, then put another movie in. Misty never woke up when HL started watching another movie?? OR - Misty was "cleaning" while HL watched a movie and then finished that movie and put another movie in the machine. Meanwhile, wasn't Jr. "on the couch" watching another movie??? "Bouncing couch". And really, how could Mother Croslin really have a clue what transpired or if her daughter was even home that night.
This case is becoming as contrived and convoluted as the Ant case!!
