Kim Picazio on NG is saying that she has witnesses who saw Misty out of the trailer that night with a particular person.

I heard her call him that on TV. I thought it was unprofessional of her.

Picazio comes across as humble as a little lamb when interviewed by Nancy, not cocky as she was in other interviews.

I heard the attorney statement just before break, and right now its chilling.. She stated: Quote, they have a pretty good idea of what occurred that night, and it wasn't a missing person. UnQuote. So is the lawyer saying this is what LE is saying to her and Crystal, or is that what she thinks happened that evening?

Nancy had a reporter on split screen along with Picazio to confirm that Picazio was telling Fox News and others that Misty was not home the night Haleigh went missing, and that Misty had a visitor that night, in which the reporter did confirm.

You should have seen Nancy's facial expressions.

I wish I had seen that, so Misty was not at home and had a visitor  I wonder if the visitor came and took Misty out to party, or the visitor brought Misty home from partying?

That was my thought as well no rose.  Was Misty out partying, was she having company or did she do both.

Picazio needs to come on with it, because from what I can see at this point she is batting 0.

The witnesses she says that she has better be credible.

I don't like the point that  put Ron Jr. has been put out there front and center in all this. Endangering another child.

Heart, unfortunately this has turned into a custody issue, and it seems Haleigh has taken a back seat. I just went over and read the comments on Haleighbug, and as I figured there are some vicious comments. Almost sounds like some of the folks over at Topix left messages that are very mean to Crystal, but I didn't see any vicious comments about Ron, makes me wonder....  and as far as witnesses to the abuse, yes, they better be reliable. It just kills me to see kids in this type of environment, and I hope Ron Jr is being well taken care of.

She made that statement, I waited for something to be leaked, or comments on what she said.. it seemed to be ole school after that.. So, back to confusion.. I don't know.. I think she was speculating more than being direct and straightforward, possible it was edited out of context..  believed for a moment they actually had uncovered something. Shoot, I think more is known on this site, than they know.
