I have a question Monkeys

OK yesterday I was reading about the whole KP,AnnFl,WS stuff am still a bit confused  but nuff about all that.

anyway the question is about the sheet that was reportedly found:

So was there a sheet found? Is this just a rumor that started on the internet and a reporter ran off with? Did KP give this guy false info too?

Only those directly involved know whether this incident was true or false.

In the beginning, it appeared that it was a 'decoy' to see if someone would put the info out to the pubic.  Which happened!!!

Or...did they actually find some of the mentioned items, and in order to cover for this 'info release'...did the reverse and made it look like a 'leak' or 'bait'.

So time will tell, if anything was found, I am sure it will be investigated fully by the LE / FBI.

Too much time is passing, too little info is given for LE / FBI to continue on 'leads'.

As I understand it a blanket with rust stains and what appeared to be blood drops on it was found in some woods, but it was deemed to be completely unrelated to the Haleigh case.  That may be why this information was given to AnnaFL- because if it got out there, it would not hurt the investigation but it was also not untrue that a blanket was found.

Thanks for that info, now that makes sense. I'm still wondering if they did find something in that dumpster, and are waiting on results.

Florida Amber Alert issued for 12-year-old girl

SATSUMA, Fla. -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 12-year-old Tampa Bay girl.

Authorities say Sarah Norton was last seen on Saturday around 10 a.m. in the area of 75th Street West and Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton. The girl is 5-foot-3 with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray sports bra and jeans, with no shoes. She wears glasses.

She may be in the company of a white male aged 45 to 50 who also wears glasses, possibly traveling in a red Jeep Cherokee.

Anyone with information about the girl is urged to contact the Manatee County Sheriff's Office or call 911.

no, because we would have heard by now...the way that I understand it, the LE could not keep the  fact from the family...that they had found her...besides, that would be cruel....one family member MAY or may not  be guilty of her disappearance, but they aren't all guilty of it....
what reason would they have to keep it secret? just curious....

If they had found her, the family would be notified. They don't play games with this type of thing anywhere.
They shifted the investigation a while ago from a search to an invetisgative, whatever that means..
I took that as meaning, they have looked everywhere they are going to in the absence of any new information. No hot clues. But lots of suspicions as to who is lying and who knows.

I get so angry that Misty and Ron are lying through their teeth and this sweet baby is out there somewhere and it seems no one there gives a damn. I didn't think anything could beat the Anthonys but now I am wondering. I think I am just going to back away from this one for a little while for my own sanity. Somebody needs to beat the crap out of Misty and be done with it. Talk to you Monkeys on another day.

LE gave an explanation to why they don't want searchers, but that don't explain why they are no longer searching, I hope they have a good idea of what happened, and are just waiting for test results to come back.

I knew the address sounded familiar... now, when a certain person was posting on topix,lindsy posted and said she lived behind RC etc etc.. then a poster over yonder said they were a local.. the info from topix that lindsy posted was copied here and the poster over yonder complained we put directions to their door on here.. makes you go hmm doesn't it.
