Sassycat-Congrats to you!  Will you be Grandmom, Grammy, Mi-Mi, Nana, Grandmommy, Mom-Mom, or something else?  You have a few months to decide.

Evening, everyone!  As usual, playing catch up here.  Hope all is going well in your neck of the woods/ stretch of the beach / your 'burg, city, or town.  BBL

Thanks ISpy!    I think I'll just be called good old "grandma"!     Never thought I'd enjoy being called "Grandma"!

Thanks for all the nice comments about my fantastic news, my sweet monkey friends!   I caught them all!    Hugs.
I hope you all have a relaxing and enjoyable Sunday.   Hopefully, we'll get some new documents this week!

Seeking Justice for Caylee

« Reply #1686 on: March 29, 2009, 11:50:10 AM »

Snipped from Bearly

The finance thing and the baby daddy thing have been a concern to me, in that I feel they are having an impact on this case.  I wholeheartedly agree, people are entitled to a fair defense.  In this case, imo, the defense is going way over the top of what is fair to an innocent little baby.  Caylee is so underrepresented in this case it makes my heart ache.  It has shaken me to my very core.  Where, oh where, is justice for Caylee?  Where, in the name of all that is good and holy, is this innocent babe's brilliant defense team? This case has shown a brilliant light on the seedy underbelly of our justice system and everything that is wrong with it.  Money talks...guilty walk...

Hi Bearly.  I feel your anguish and pain over the lack of outcry for Caylee and wonder why this family is not outraged and on a mission to seek justice for her - it sure says alot doesn't it?  I do feel however that the Serpent Slore is not going to walk - the evidence against her is mounting and I feel the SA's have done a very good job so far in this case, but IMO what really speaks volumes is the Serpents actions...........31 days no report of a missing child and then all of her lies to law enforcement in trying to find Caylee, this alone sets the tone and the evidence that follows is a big bonus.

I also feel that Caylee does have a brilliant defense team through all of us wonderful monkeys here who love her and are seeking justice to convict the Slore - I truly believe what everyone does here has helped to make a difference and will continue to do so.  Keep the faith justice will prevail.

Morning Monks-

I am about to do an article about this, but if anyone has any time or inclination, or is local:

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4772.new#new

Sandra Cantu, 8 years old, missing from her families trailer park, there is no amber alert because they have her on security cam walking away from the residence on her own and no independent sighting of her being abducted.

I swear, Hser Moo and Jess Lunsford all over again. TIA

  MONKEYS

What's doing? Anything new or exciting going on today? Anyone miss me? It's ok you don't have to answer that!

Yes I do miss you cause I just love the stuff you post.  Especially the one that is hiding when the going gets rough!!      So you are in the Hudson Valley?? Did I get that right?  Should be a warm rainy day here. I am about 35 miles from Monticello Raceway. Ever heard of that? It's a Racino now with slots as well as the ponies.

Northern Rose and Dolce....Brilliant!!  It never occurred to me that Casey could of tested the chloroform on AMY!!
But that would make a lot of sense that a grown girl would be confused and disoriented while she can't find her money. 400 dollars!! I just can not beleive that Amy BOUGHT the "sleep walking" story.  Bet she doesn't now!! That girl was Chloroformed!!  Casey is evil and I could see her doing this to get what she wants.  JMO

Scarlett--my husband is from Ellenville, and we lived in up there a short time (in Kingston) a few years ago.  I'm from Florida, and I missed it down south.  But I remember it was really beautiful up there in the fall!

Capp--I just looked on the D&A website.  WTH??  Terminal Event?  Ugh....I just love the way he and the Anthony's tip toe around the truth!!! NOT!

When the trial comes and the Prosecution calls C & G & LA to the stand...it is going to be quite a bit different than them testifying at the Bond Hearing, giving statements to LE & FBI and those nicey-nice interviews on TV.  I think they are in for a HUGE, BIG SURPRISE.

The prosecutor will know their prior statements by line, verse, paragraph and page.  IF they try to TWIST, CHANGE or MIMIMIZE their answers..they will be immediately confronted...the A's won't be able to argue...shut them up....or refuse to answer.  Can't you just see Spindy trying to deflect or expound on her answers?  And the SA saying......

....."But you didn't answer the question I just asked you, would you like me to read it again?"
....."Judge, please instruct the witness to answer the question...yes or no"
......"Well, would you please explain this evidence that contradicts what you just told this court"

They will all be tripping on their lies...and HAVE to tell the truth...I can't wait.

Money talks...guilty walks wasn't about this case, I should have put it in a different place.

I do not think Casey is going to walk, but I do think there will be copycat crimes that are directly a result of this case and the high profile defense team she has.

The monkeys are great at helping, don't get me wrong.  I just have not heard about one of us being called as an expert witnesses for the prosecution....................yet.........

Hi Monkeys

I heard there will be a document dump this week.  I hope so.

The Ants (all of them) are such wicked people, nothing surprises me about them anymore...it's kinda like, well, let's see what they have done today kind of thing.

I've always been taught "what goes around comes around" but it isn't coming around fast enough for these people    Smile
