Searching, I tend to believe after seeing Joy's younger daughter, that was the child also, imo. I think it is vital to all this to find out if they were all behind this mall sighting, while on their Caylee is alive tour, knowing all along she wasn't. One other thing, the boat that was rolled out the other day, that's a new boat, right? Dolce was saying something about this boat we knew about before, so now I'm confused. Is there two boats?

Has anyone actually seen the latest, amended State's witness list?  I've seen that it was updated & NG said she had a copy but I cannot find a .pdf of it anywhere. TIA, Lovinlife

Yes, he most certainly can.   Lawyering up isnt an excuse to cancel, there should have been a negotiation as to when & to what extent he would testify in deposition.   I want to know what date he retained counsel.

Me too, I'm rather angry today over all the apparent cover ups going on, and I keep asking myself is LE ever going to step in here? I guess after the trial is just not good enough for me, but if that is their plan I'll be patient. By the way I'm half Italian, and my blood is boiling over all this big time.

IIRC is was said by Amy (maybe?) during an LE interview. IMO that does not make it fact.

Well, you also have to look with who Casey communicated with in 2005, and there is none from JP Chatt revealed.   None of her friends that she did indeed hang with pre 2008 spoke of JP Chatt either.

I have not seen much about who she communicated with in 05.. we have phone records from time Caylee "went missing"  and her new group of friends as well as old ones have spoke out some, but I have not seen a whole lot from then.. I would like to know though.. I mean,I do not think anyone has asked her "old" friends if she knew JP then... but then, I can imagine,as many "secrets" as she kept, just because he is not mentioned,does not mean she did not have a 1 nighter with him....

Quite frankly I was amazed that there were so few questions regarding ZG. ...I sure like Morgan and would want him on my side....certainly not on the opposing side

Part of the interview was considered work product, so the public is not going to see it. I want to know who is paying for this lawyer, he is considered a very good lawyer, and I'm sure not cheap
