Ya know, I dont blame Prosecutor Ashton one bit for being hot under the collar, it dawned on me that Judge Strickland did not address in open court Casey's handwritten accusatory statement in her sworn affidavit.   She specifially named Ashton & over a plea deal that was NEVER offered - what Im saying is I will bet it was a heated conversation in chambers.   O to have been a fly on the wall!    Don't forget Strickland knows Casey is FOS, his famous quote from the bond hearing "Ms Anthony and the truth are strangers."

Regarding KC's handwritten accusatory statement...

I did pay attention when Judge Strickland asked to swear that EVERYTHING on that document was the truth.  And she did in open court.  My first thought was, "that little written tirade is going to come back and haunt her later on".

I just had a visual of LE rounding up all of the guys in the tri-county area born between 1988-1973 with cleft chins for a DNA test.  With slore, you just never know.  Now I can't stop laughing!

ok, I'm going crazy looking for a chin cleft. JP does not have one. There is a pic if his mom, dad ,and sis on JP's web site in the "winery" photo album. (I'm not posting pics of his family. If you're curious enough, I guess you'll go look.) I cannot tell though whether his dad has a chin cleft.

Still do not think there is any way on God's green earth Jesus Ortiz is the dad. I'd be shocked as there is no resemblance whatsoever IMO. But who the heck knows? 

I mean come on. I am only about 1/16 Cherokee and I have a darker skin tone than an average "white" person -- year-round tan. Just sayin. I'd think Caylee's skin and hair would have been a little darker.

IDK in some pics it seems there may be a little something there and others nothing



My daughter has one of the very slight chin clefts

but Ortiz's was prominent ... would a girl get the deep chin cleft like her dad or a lesser one?
