Babybear, I'm a math geek not a literary genius.  I wish I could eloquently put my thoughts into writing the way some monkeys can...not going to happen.  I usually say "please excuse any gramatical & spelling errors" but maybe I need to put it in my signature line.

Blinky Blink..there are so many words that are not used today on a regular basis that I love to see in print...finagle is one of them....I have a list.

But the A family defivies belief at the audacity they will go to ..believing the public is as guilty as they are to believe the pretentious lies they put out there.

Gypsy, I think the word you want is "gullible". As in those shysters think we, the public, are just a bunch of gullible maroons. They wish!

Tevye--I agree with you. The English language as we know it is changing and not for the better, and I think it is unfortunate.  I like to see words like finagle and Gypsy, I like gullible, too.  Also love both of your avatars.  I must admit, though, that I don't know the meaning of "Maroon" except for the color......
And the growing lack of spelling skills is equally alarming, but that's another story.

Back on topic...The Anthony's attempts to finagle a living on blood money and their audacity in presenting that bass boat as a tool for finding missing children is abhorrent.

It is possible that my participles are dangling in every blog; I may even end many of my sentences with a preposition although I try not to because "that’s not where I'm at". My speeling could be my Achilles heal and as I'm British I always place punctuation marks after the quotation marks unless I make a mistake put them before, in which case they are also in the right place.

I can read almost any iteration of the English language including leet speak or any rambling diatribe you may sling in my general direction. I don't want to think that every word I write is going to be assessed by the Nazi grammar and spelling police not to mention the punctuation pundits.

I am thankful we Monkeys are united in seeking justice for Caylee and uncovering the evil doings of the Anthony scumbags rather than passing comments on the standard of English contained in our blogs.

Baez To Depose Deputies, Jail Workers

Casey Anthony's attorney will depose several key witnesses next week in his client's first-degree murder case.
Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, will question several Orange County sheriff's deputies who were involved in the search for Caylee along with a private investigator who briefly worked for Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony. Private investigator Jim Hoover, who was questioned by lawyers representing Zenaida Gonzalez in her civil lawsuit against Anthony, will not be questioned under oath in the criminal case.

In addition to those witnesses, Baez will also depose four employees of the Orange County Jail. It's not known if Baez will be seeking answers from them about surveillance video taken inside the jail's medical unit that allegedly shows Casey Anthony hyperventilating when she learned a child's remains had been found in the woods near her home.
