Janet,

Did you decide against posting the email from Ms. Hale?  Just curious.

Not at all.  I was just catching up and ... saw Klaas' OK.  I will post it in a minute.

Considering Dave Holloway and Tim Miller at one time upheld the witness who allegedly passed two polygraph tests ... why are these two men skeptical in regards to a positive outcome in current pond seach by Fred Golba.

Could it be that these two men are aware of Kyle Kingman's own words ... words which imply that Natalee Holloway's remains could have been placed in that trap discovered on the ocean floor in Aruban waters through a sonar scan on December 29, 2007?  Could it be that these two men are aware that John Silvetti afforded possession of the contents of that trap to the enemy unchallenged.

Natalee Holloway update: potential problems for search parties bound for Aruba

Miller doesn’t think there’s much chance Natalee’s remains are in the pond Golba plans to spend the next two weeks searching.

"This is just putting on a show as far as I’m concerned ... “ warns Miller.

Search for Holloway continues
Father trying to cover all the possibilities
By Brian Livingston

Holloway said he had been waiting for the water level of the retention pond to go down before commissioning this latest search.

"I told the prosecutor I didn't have a great deal of confidence in this latest search," said Holloway. "But the pond is scheduled to be dredged soon and I was concerned if she is there then the dredging may destroy any hopes of finding her. The bottom line is you never know and I didn't want to say later on that, 'maybe I should have at least tried.'"

Texas Equusearch Dispels Media Reports Concerning Natalle Holloway Case
Posted on 26. Mar, 2009 by Admin, TES in Featured Articles, Press Releases, TES News

Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch is working hard to dispel media reports concerning the Natalee Holloway case.  Reports have surfaced today that Texas EquuSearch has collected $1.5 million to continue the search for Natalee, which is entirely untrue.

Also untrue is the report that Tim was traveling to Aruba with Fred Golba.  This has not been the first time that media has printed false reports regarding TES cases, to include the Caylee Anthony case.

This is the worst year financially for Texas EquuSearch since it began.  We are struggling on a daily basis to try to meet the needs of families across the country that are begging for help.  In these tough economic times, this false, irresponsible reporting could have a very negative impact on our ability to raise funds which go to serve families of the missing” said Miller.  “When the public hear that we have raised that large amount of money to dedicate to one search, they are not going to be willing to donate to our cause of finding missing people.  We are at a point of not being able to support the families that really need us, and when something like this happens, it is just devastating”. “We would not even attempt to raise that amount of money for just one case with so many families awaiting our help.

Dear Janet,

I have indeed spoken with Tim about the announcement on his website. It is very odd --- as that information is exactly what he told me. I don't know if you are in the Birmingham area, but he did a phone interview with us where he laid out the search, the boat, the price tag and said it would all happen in the next few months. He told viewers that himself on our air. I am horribly sorry if that has hurt donations or caused large donors to pull back...which is why I have taken the article off of our website. I have considered putting the whole phone interview on the internet to somehow vindicate myself so to speak, as I know people are upset.... but after speaking with Tim, he is convinced this whole thing has hurt donations, and I would never want to damage the chances of someone finding their loved one. I hope he will consider doing another interview and clarifying, but we'll just have to see how that turns out.

Thank you for your time and interest,

Jen ... thank you for your heartfelt response.  It was appreciated.

BTW ...  Please stop and consider the following article quoting Julie Renfro when using her as a source for your reporting.  It is the contention of many who have followed the Natalee Holloway case since the getgo that Julia Renfro has an agenda.  Her agenda appears to be an effort to further the Aruban coverup that has denied justice to Natalee Holloway since the getgo by redirecting the focus and subtlely casting doubt on Beth Holloway's every word, action and motivation as well as Natalee's character.

Julia Renfro also upholds the main suspects who have lied time and time again in regards to the last moments they were in the company of the 18 year old American citizen who never returned from a graduation trip to Aruba.

Tim Miller?  Jen ... I do believe there is a solid foundation for your reporting.  I believe that Tim Miller slipped up.  Think about it.  In the posting on his website ...Tim Miller does not deny a continuing ocean search for Natalee Holloway's remains is going to happen ... he just wants to distance himself from the 1.5 million in donations.  Could it be those funds were donated to John Silvetti ... the owner of the boat which is moored in Trinidad.

Ritz Carlton first five star hotel 20 February 2009
ORANJESTAD - After four years of negotiations, the Aruban government has finally her first five-star hotel, The Ritz-Carlton. The hotel with 320 rooms will come next to the Marriott resort that is also the parent company of this luxurious hotel chain. The 360 million florins investment is officially done by the Venezuelan group Desarrollos Hotelco S.A. that turned out to be the best from a public tender.

Renaissance Curacao Resort and Casino 4 February 2009
Oranjestad - The Renaissance Curacao Resort & Casino is officially open! This week, the resort started receiving guests formally. For the past few days, guests were allowed to check in, but they were part of the trial run. For those that don't know it, Renaissance Curacao Resort & Casino was constructed and will be operated by MetaCorp Aruba. This project carried a price tag of more than US$ 90.000.000 and it has become a magnificent Renaissance that forms part of the World-Renowned Marriott chain. The Curacao branch of the hotel, offers a total of 240 rooms and very elegant, spacious and luxurious suites.

The hotel will become the Renaissance Aruba Beach Resort & Casino, a welcomed addition to the Renaissance collection, part of the Marriott hotel group. Marriott brings to the resort 75 years of experience and more that 2000 hotels worldwide. Eduardo de Veer, the owner of Metacorp, which is the parent company of the hotel, will retain its current management.

The ATCO story truly tells how diverse Fleet Cost & Care Software has become.  Requiring basic fleet management vertical systems combined with wireless data transfer was just one aspect of ATCO’s needs.  To get better feel for how diverse this company is one must realize what ATCO does for the people of Aruba its visitors from all over the globe.

ATCO, as a part of MetaCorp, a conglomerate of companies in a wide variety of markets, was incorporated in 1949. At that time mostly active in the transport business for Exxon's Oil Refinery (LAGO), not only transporting regular cargo, but also moving extraordinary cargo such as parts for the expansion of the plant. Over the last fifty years ATCO has constructed what it takes to be a modern leader in the Aruban transport business.

Throughout the last half century ATCO has constructed and maintained a tradition of high quality transportation services on the island." Despite increasing competition, ATCO maintained the edge by using amongst others state of the art, innovative equipment. It is therefore that ATCO introduced the first Roll on Roll off container system in Aruba, enabling container of 40 feet to be transported without the use of chassis.

The Operational division of ATCO is where it all began. Between 1950 and 1975 Associated Transport Company Inc., based its income mainly on transporting bulk cargo for the Lago Oil Refinery.
This division has since then grown into a diversified unit consisting of:

As missing-teen case cools, Aruba turns against family

Arubans helped search for the Alabama high-schooler, who disappeared two years ago, but now they're embittered by the negative publicity.

By Carol J. Williams
Los Angeles Times

American Julia Renfro, editor-in-chief of Aruba Today, initially sided with Holloway's parents when they sought publicity and lambasted Aruban police for following Dutch investigative procedures different from those in the United States.

Galvanized by compassion for a desperate mother, Renfro stopped the presses of her daily newspaper for the first time in its history to include a picture of Holloway to aid Arubans in the islandwide search.

Renfro, a mother of four, spent weeks shuttling the family from the scene of one rumored development to another, but she became disenchanted with what she saw as Twitty's pandering to tabloid TV and "flat-out lies" she told on the air.

"I feel guilty saying any negative thing about a mother who has lost her daughter," Renfro said. "But her behavior was odd from the get-go."

Renfro has concluded that the body would have turned up by now if she died on the island proper. She -- and many Arubans -- doubts the three suspects, all good students without criminal records, could have pulled off a perfect crime, never caving in to intense interrogations.

"I've spoken with all of the suspects," she said. "I don't believe any of them did anything to her."

Heavily intoxicated, according to accounts given by her classmates to the FBI, Holloway could have staggered into the sea and drowned after the local men left her, Renfro speculated.

Holloway might have died of alcohol poisoning or a drug overdose and washed out to sea, as Deputy Police Chief Gerold Dompig surmised. She might have climbed aboard one of dozens of catamarans and cabin cruisers for late-night partying after a nearby concert.

Renfro says she was perplexed when Twitty immediately concluded that her daughter had been kidnapped and made no effort to check hospitals or police about accident victims. Within hours, Twitty had concluded van der Sloot was responsible, and within a couple of days she was telling TV interviewers that she knew her daughter had been gang-raped and murdered.

Twitty did not respond to e-mailed requests for an interview.

Do you have a battery backup so your computer can shut down safely?

Is the files on your hard drive backed up?

Prior to getting a battery backup ... during a power outage a couple years ago my hard drive crashed and ... I lost all my precious Natalee Holloway files.  I was contemplating whether life was worth the living when ... in tears I called youngest son at school (teacher) and ... he assured me that he had ... unknown to me ... backed up all my files one week previous.  I have three grown kids who I love with all my heart but ... at that moment youngest son became my favorite.  However ... I asked him not to tell his siblings.

Hello monkeys,

On one of the videos it indicated they are blasting the pond with the hose to keep it moist for the digging (or boot scraping).  This has got to be the craziest search method I've ever heard of.

Widget - long, long time no see  I hope all is well with you and your family.

Renfro...
"I've spoken with all of the suspects," she said. "I don't believe any of them did anything to her."

Guess there is no gag order in Aruba. Her allegiance is blatently obvious and often quite sickening.

Renfro says she was perplexed when Twitty immediately concluded that her daughter had been kidnapped and made no effort to check hospitals or police about accident victims.

Jacobs told them to go to Carlos n Charlies, have a drink (while watching their cup), and she would show up in a few days.
Then, they justified to her releasing the three last known suspects for ten days of "surveillance." After an unsuccessful attempt to frame two security guards, they arrested J2K. ALE then blindsided them by dis-allowing search warrants at Sloot home.

Who wouldn't think something was wrong? Who wouldn't mistrust ALE? The case was a slam dunk and they chose to cover it up rather than deal with it and prosecute those responsible. Aruba has its secret society, and an underground. Protecting it has always been placed ahead of and deemed more important to them than giving closure to a grief stricken family.

Water reservoirs are being checked right now. Right now. The young one has a history with water reservoirs.
Aruba. Look for Noord. Look for Montaña. Look for Moko.
Remember when they were pumping the pond by the Marriott? That is what they need to do in Montaña Noord.

Hello monkeys,

On one of the videos it indicated they are blasting the pond with the hose to keep it moist for the digging (or boot scraping).  This has got to be the craziest search method I've ever heard of.

Widget - long, long time no see  I hope all is well with you and your family.

I' m not sure if Widget rubbed off on San or if San rubbed off on Widget, but they are two peas in a pod Smile

It would not surprise me, though. Matter of fact, nothing in this case would surprise me.
