Diamond really tried to hammer Joran's guilt consistently throughout, this section where they reference Scott Peterson's conviction on circumstantial evidence is such a good comparison. Despite having bodies wash up onshore it could never be determined what the cause of death was......

POLITAN: So here is the thing, I was a prosecutor. Is this going to be enough evidence? All right, you`ve got the last person seen with Natalee Holloway admits it all, lies immediately to police, lies again. And then when he doesn`t know he`s being recorded, admits the whole thing. That`s enough, from my perspective, to take that thing into court and try it.

Yes, it`s a circumstantial case, but there are some big circumstances there. Maybe more circumstances than to convict a guy like Scott Peterson.

DIMOND: Jane, that`s exactly right, and Dr. Dale is exactly right, too. So many people they I have talked to while covering this case and especially being down in Alabama with Jug and introducing him and others, it was -- isn`t there enough to take this to trial?

Joran Van Der Sloot, in part of that video that you see where he`s talking to the friend in the car, says, "I`m so incredibly lucky that they never found her body."

There has been a pattern of practice since Natalee Holloway disappeared on the part of those representing Aruba to trash the victim and her mother.  They seem to do this to just about every American then encounter.

Remember even Goldba was accused of taking gossip to the Mansurs and his dog destroying a complete hotel room.  Not even dogs are spared.  But they consistently try to find and repeat any trash they can find on what are supposed to be their guests.

So tourist, BEWARE unless you what your character assassinated and things twisted to make you appear in the worst possible light.

They were particularly brutal to TES.  Remember, if we had taken Aruba's word for it, Tim Miller is little more than a drunk who goes around destroying turtle eggs and the complete environment while setting fire to the dump! 

Tim Miller is first of all an humble soul who has been broken by the loss of his child and subsequent mental torture that resulted from that yet he has risen about it all and dedicated his life to helping other families with missing.  He is an American hero and icon.  If me or any of my loved ones are ever missing, he is the one I want searching for me.

Julia on the other hand has a tourist rag that had so many ads for escort services including young boys and massage parlors I would not have wanted my children to have even seen that smut when young.  And that's just the tip of the iceberg where she is concerned.

My rambling point is they bash and trash any non-Aruban and who wants to vacation in such a place that does that?

Remember Patrick van der Eem said Dolphi Ricchardson said Joran was working as a male prostitute I believe he said at age 17.  Could that account for Renfro's abnormal interest in the affairs of teens?  Could it also be how Joran became untouchable?  I have always thought it a good possibility.

The search for Natalee Holloway continues. Aruba journalist tells us prosecutor Hans Mos requested crews drain a retention pond,  near the hotel where Natalee Holloway stayed on the island.

A witness claimed suspect Joran Van Der Sloot was also seen near the pond the night Holloway disappeared in May of 2005. Private investigator Fred Golba and a team of volunteers worked to get the water pumped out of the pond. Now they searching its floor inch by inch. Although the team is trained and dedicated, locals are not sure this search will give the family closure they’ve been looking for.

“It is very likely he won’t find anything but the father knows that someone honestly believes that they saw someone walking through the pond at 4 a.m. and this man passed two lie detector tests,“ said Julia Renfro of the Aruba Daily.

No word on how much this search cost. Natalee’s father, Dave Holloway is paying for it. Meanwhile people at Texas Equisearch plan on launching another search very soon.

I hope you get some REAL rest now as that is too much work.  You have burned the candle at both ends since the loss of your Beloved and I hope the time is coming when you can unload some of the burden of being the sole support for yourself and your children but you have put forth superhuman effort in that regard.

I admire your courage and effort.  Working your job plus the cookie business was the maximum a mother could do and you have earned a break from it all.  I hope the economy won't prevent your getting it.

Anna...I would not doubt it one bit.....And the way She always calls Them "Boys" like in "My Boys" meaning "Her Boys"......They were Young Men when Natalee disappeared not boys.......

I just so doubt the part bolded by you.  As I know you do as well.  I will need to hear this from someone who would be a participant in any new search that TES will once again be onboard and involved.

Meanwhile, I hope Tim Miller is made aware of who got the proceeds of the last search.  Does Natalee's family really want a repeat of handing everything over uncontested to ALE?

Is that what is happening now with the Search and Rescue at the pond search?  Probably.

Of course, with no Freedom of the Press in Aruba, we are kept in the dark while the likes of Renfro have total access to every bit of information denied Natalee's family from the start.

I guess if you consider waking up in your hotel room to thieves going through your things and taking anything of value, friendly.....or if you consider having your rental car stolen, and completely stripped down, including the wheels, so that you can pay for it before you leave "one happy island" friendly.....your handbag ripped from you by a passing vehicle, friendly?.....and I could go on and on!
