Evening all. Just a side question, is the search dog still working the pond? If they are still searching then a small list of sites would be useful. I wouldn't mind a quick walk through of the arch area. Only because it was close to the area of the tape with the hair. Also mentioned in Shango, one month prior to the collapse of the arch. The debris field can not be searched without a crane. Its quiet and not traveled at night by tourists. Just throwing that out there while we have this many posting and reading that could pass that along.

Kiwi - I have no way of getting ahold of Fred Golba.  I'm sure that there are several people sending information to Dave and Dave Holloway can relay to Fred Golbd.  It doesn't look to me like Fred and his dog are going to do anything except search the Monserat pond.

That Debbie....not a lick of class.

And we have been very tolerant of her sitting up in our rafters all this time.

You echo my post about her monitoring our forum for some time.  No comments, no ideas, until now.  Whatever.

"Search and Destroy" is spreading rapidly.  It is not nice to hide away behind closed doors discussing what is being said out in the open here at SM and by whom and then come here and bash us for saying/thinking what we do.  It is time to take the gloves off.  IT IS NOT the time to coddle Aruba with nicety's thinking they will come around and return Natalee to her home and her country and family.  Don't you get it?  Fight like them and you make people nervous.  Exposing the truth will get you further than you think.  DON'T TRUST ANYONE or you will be made a fool of again. I pray they find Natalee and return her.  I hope she is found where they are searching.  I do not blame Dave for allowing this cause I would do the same for my son.  But GAWD it has been almost 4 years and playing nice does not get the job done. Start demanding answers from the trolls in Aruba and tell them to put up or shut up.       jmo

Janet, Anna and I all had e-mails from Jennifer Hale.  She said that she had a telephone interview with Tim Miller
that was broadcast on her channel.  She was very nice about it.

Then last night a friend of mine told me that she had seen the broadcast interview with Tim Miller.

It may come as a big shock to some people but I have absolutely no respect for blogs that welcome those who have stalked posters for personal information, stalked their children, posted lies about them and done all manner of sleaze.

If those posters are welcome on a forum, I must assume that forum approves of that.  I told no lies and did nothing to deserve being attacked and yet I was as others have been.

Those who sustain and support those who do this are no better than the actual stalkers and freaks who do the actual stalking.

Maybe worse as I think some of the stalkers are mental cases and the supporters just plain evil.

MO

Yes, Anna. Some of those forums LOVE their lunatics, just LOVE Them!  I think this is very apparant by the things they post.

Why yes, they do!  Hail them as heros even knowing full well the lying they have done, too.

And every day is open season on Beth and the MB kids.  Snarky remark after snarky remark is OK but dare to question the wisdom of hiring somebody to blast with a fire hose the place they claim Natalee may be and all heck breaks loose!

I'm personally just tired of it and certainly think it is about as low down as it gets.

And yes, I will openly state that my first loyalty is to BETH and if anybody doesn't like that, too bad!  It isn't Beth who has been playing the divisive role all along.

Natalee is gone. My allegiance is to BETH...not to Blog For the Dutch. The web's worst victim's advocacy site. AMEN!

Janet close your eyes.

And where is that pussy Ian.. 4 years and he's still no where to be seen...Debbie it must feel real nice to be such a total tool.

Yes, she seems to be sticking to her report and still insists Tim Miller said all of that.

Now I want to know very badly if this donation exists and if so who got it and who made it.

Sorry you have been so sick MyTime!  Good on the cigs, however.  It's a great start so this is the time to stick to it.

Official: Pond search for Holloway nearly doneBy DAVID McFADDEN – 1 hour ago

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — A private investigator scouring a drained pond in Aruba for clues that could help solve the mystery of a missing U.S. teen is preparing to wrap up his latest search and report any findings, an official on the Dutch Caribbean island said Monday.

Ruben Croes, president of the Aruba Search and Rescue Foundation, which has helped look for Natalee Holloway off and on since she vanished in May 2005, said U.S. investigator Fred Golba will end his probe of the garbage-strewn retention pond on Tuesday and then depart the island.

A team of foundation volunteers, including Croes and his son, have helped the tracker dog specialist from Chicopee, Massachusetts, probe the muddy bottom of the 250-square-meter retention pond since last week. Aruban police have been observing Golba's search.

"We will all meet tomorrow and talk about what was found and what may be there of any interest to Fred," Croes said in a Monday evening phone interview. "I believe there has just been a lot of trash found, but we will see. I haven't been there since the weekend."

Natalee Holloway, from Mountain Brook, Alabama, was 18 when she was last seen leaving a bar in the Aruban capital on the final night of a high school graduation trip. No trace of her has been found despite extensive searches involving hundreds of volunteers, Aruban soldiers, FBI agents and even Dutch F-16 jets with special equipment.

Although the pond next to a popular soccer field in northwest Aruba has been searched before, the missing girl's father, Dave Holloway, hired Golba again because a witness last year alleged he saw the only remaining suspect, Joran van der Sloot, coming out of its brackish water with only one sneaker on after Natalee's disappearance.

Croes said Aruban volunteers have been helping Golba, who has searched for Holloway eight times before, with his latest search at the request of the Aruba Prosecutors' Office. He said it was done out of "courtesy" for the aching Holloway family.

"I can understand, of course, that when you lose someone like this that you want to keep looking," Croes said.

Dave Holloway could not immediately be reached at his home in Meridian, Mississippi.

Ann Angela, a spokeswoman for the Aruba Prosecutors' Office, has said neither police nor prosecutors have any new information in the case, but they gave Dave Holloway permission to search the pond, which is about a mile (kilometer) away from where his daughter was last seen.

In early January, Chief Prosecutor Hans Mos said his office was "approaching the end of this lengthy investigation" and appealed to the public for help.

Clipped from Klaas's article posted above:

WTH, I thought Dave paid for this search?   At the request of the Aruba Prosecutor's office?  I hope this is the last time this bunch gets away with this.  Sick.

And I don't believe this guy every stuck his arm up to his elbows in the mud.  Total waste of time and money. Dave's money.  Caps, I hope you are happy putting this man through this.

Texas Equusearch Dispels Media Reports Concerning Natalle Holloway Case
Posted on 26. Mar, 2009 by Admin, TES in Featured Articles, Press Releases, TES News

Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch is working hard to dispel media reports concerning the Natalee Holloway case.  Reports have surfaced today that Texas EquuSearch has collected $1.5 million to continue the search for Natalee, which is entirely untrue.

Also untrue is the report that Tim was traveling to Aruba with Fred Golba.  This has not been the first time that media has printed false reports regarding TES cases, to include the Caylee Anthony case.

This is the worst year financially for Texas EquuSearch since it began.  We are struggling on a daily basis to try to meet the needs of families across the country that are begging for help.  In these tough economic times, this false, irresponsible reporting could have a very negative impact on our ability to raise funds which go to serve families of the missing” said Miller.  “When the public hear that we have raised that large amount of money to dedicate to one search, they are not going to be willing to donate to our cause of finding missing people.  We are at a point of not being able to support the families that really need us, and when something like this happens, it is just devastating”. “We would not even attempt to raise that amount of money for just one case with so many families awaiting our help.

http://texasequusearch.org/2009/03/hollowaycase/

Jen Hale:

Dear Janet,

I have indeed spoken with Tim about the announcement on his website. It is very odd --- as that information is exactly what he told me. I don't know if you are in the Birmingham area, but he did a phone interview with us where he laid out the search, the boat, the price tag and said it would all happen in the next few months. He told viewers that himself on our air. I am horribly sorry if that has hurt donations or caused large donors to pull back...which is why I have taken the article off of our website. I have considered putting the whole phone interview on the internet to somehow vindicate myself so to speak, as I know people are upset.... but after speaking with Tim, he is convinced this whole thing has hurt donations, and I would never want to damage the chances of someone finding their loved one. I hope he will consider doing another interview and clarifying, but we'll just have to see how that turns out.

Thank you for your time and interest,

Warm Regards,
Jennifer Hale

Janet:

Jen ... thank you for your heartfelt response.  It was appreciated.

BTW ...  Please stop and consider the following article quoting Julie Renfro when using her as a source for your reporting.  It is the contention of many who have followed the Natalee Holloway case since the getgo that Julia Renfro has an agenda.  Her agenda appears to be an effort to further the Aruban coverup that has denied justice to Natalee Holloway since the getgo by redirecting the focus and subtlely casting doubt on Beth Holloway's every word, action and motivation as well as Natalee's character.

Julia Renfro also upholds the main suspects who have lied time and time again in regards to the last moments they were in the company of the 18 year old American citizen who never returned from a graduation trip to Aruba.

Tim Miller?  Jen ... I do believe there is a solid foundation for your reporting.  I believe that Tim Miller slipped up.  Think about it.  In the posting on his website ...Tim Miller does not deny a continuing ocean search for Natalee Holloway's remains is going to happen ... he just wants to distance himself from the 1.5 million in donations.  Could it be those funds were donated to John Silvetti ... the owner of the boat which is moored in Trinidad.

I believe you should post the transcript of Tim Miller's words.

Again ... thank you for your response.

Sincerely

Janet

As missing-teen case cools, Aruba turns against family

Arubans helped search for the Alabama high-schooler, who disappeared two years ago, but now they're embittered by the negative publicity.

By Carol J. Williams
Los Angeles Times

American Julia Renfro, editor-in-chief of Aruba Today, initially sided with Holloway's parents when they sought publicity and lambasted Aruban police for following Dutch investigative procedures different from those in the United States.

Galvanized by compassion for a desperate mother, Renfro stopped the presses of her daily newspaper for the first time in its history to include a picture of Holloway to aid Arubans in the islandwide search.

Renfro, a mother of four, spent weeks shuttling the family from the scene of one rumored development to another, but she became disenchanted with what she saw as Twitty's pandering to tabloid TV and "flat-out lies" she told on the air.

"I feel guilty saying any negative thing about a mother who has lost her daughter," Renfro said. "But her behavior was odd from the get-go."

Renfro has concluded that the body would have turned up by now if she died on the island proper. She -- and many Arubans -- doubts the three suspects, all good students without criminal records, could have pulled off a perfect crime, never caving in to intense interrogations.

"I've spoken with all of the suspects," she said. "I don't believe any of them did anything to her."

Heavily intoxicated, according to accounts given by her classmates to the FBI, Holloway could have staggered into the sea and drowned after the local men left her, Renfro speculated.

Holloway might have died of alcohol poisoning or a drug overdose and washed out to sea, as Deputy Police Chief Gerold Dompig surmised. She might have climbed aboard one of dozens of catamarans and cabin cruisers for late-night partying after a nearby concert.

Renfro says she was perplexed when Twitty immediately concluded that her daughter had been kidnapped and made no effort to check hospitals or police about accident victims. Within hours, Twitty had concluded van der Sloot was responsible, and within a couple of days she was telling TV interviewers that she knew her daughter had been gang-raped and murdered.

Twitty did not respond to e-mailed requests for an interview.

Jen Hale:

Thank you! I appreciate your concern and dedication to Natalee's case.

God Bless,
Jennifer Hale

Mytime ... the above is the dilogue that I had with Jen Hale.
