I am a sucker for a genuine change of heart.  However ... in the Book which is my foundation for life ... a genuine change of heart implies asking forgiveness for the dispicable personal attacks on Monkeys who dared to explose an American's betrayal of Natalee, the family and ... those who prayerfully and monetarily upheld the Persistence undertaking.

The criterion in regards to the issue of forgiveness was established over 2000 years ago.

The dog has a very intelligent gaze and demeanor.  Unlike some in the photos.

Does anyone else wonder why Dave Holloway didn't discuss this latest fiasco with Beth before undertaking it?  After all, it is her daughter, too.

She knew nothing about it when contacted by the media.  Remember she said she shouldn't have answered the phone.

And does this mean at long last those who have been pushing this nonsense will stop "bugging" Dave as well?

I certainly hope so as nothing good has ever come from any of these so called codetalkers and their supporters.  Total nonsense and if this is not proof enough, I don't know what it will take.

I think some people would much rather play games than have justice and closure for this family.

I believe that dynamics encompassing Dave and Beth's relationship and their contrasting natures implies that each of of these loving parents have chosen different routes in respective journeys to find answers in regards what took place on the morning of May 30, 2005 ... the morning when their precious daughter went missing and was never seen again.

The way I see it ... Dave Holloway is putting his trust in those supporting the Aruban coverup agenda to assist him in providing those answers and ... Beth Holloway is not.  This is the reason the Aruban "powers that be" tolerate Dave ... they know where he is coming from and where he is going in his quest.  On the other hand ... Beth Holloway is a force that those behind the coverup agenda never anticipated.

Think about the upcoming TV movie.  Does anybody believe for one minute that Beth Holloway consulted Mark Purcell, Julia Renfro and/or Reality for input?  Does anybody believe for one minute that Beth Holloway consulted the Aruban "powers that be" for their take on the issues encompassing the investigation?

According to Justice-minister Rudy Croes (MEP), there is not much that can be done against Twitty’s attitude. He says that declaring her as persona non grata is no option. The American media would blow that up and it can fire back at us.

She is back in all sorts of programs where she calls upon Americans to avoid Aruba as vacation destination. “I can’t understand her attitude. We did everything possible to find her daughter”, said Croes. He hopes of course that one day the teenager will show up, but he said that badmouthing would definitely not contribute to that.

Many Aruban people are very angry with Twitty and are afraid that her constant appeals against Aruba would have a negative effect on the tourism. Even though this does not reflect in the figures, the government does keep a finger on the pulse. Croes does not consider taking measures against Twitty yet, but does not rule out the possibility to shut her up in the future.  The Dutch government was asked to diplomatically support Aruba in this matter.

For the past week ... at least once a day the phone (hardwired) rings ... I answer it and ... nobody is there and ... there is no dial tone.

 

Hubby said that I was not to worry ... it was his girlfriend just following his instructions if a "woman" were to answer when she called.

unfortunately those pulled off this horrible prank will not leave Dave alone. I doubt they will, really I do. I would hope like all of you that it ends, but I'm not at all stoopid. The mind-set everyone is dealing with here is just not normal.

I would expect the excuse of why nothing was found to start immediately.

Think about it - logic dictates - that if Aruba could give Natalee back and end this without exposing the cover-up or those involved - they would have by now. Therefore - Natalee most likely will not ever be coming home... well, not anytime soon. As sad as that is to type, it's probably true. If the Aruban Authorities won't even tell ya who was in the trap what makes anyone think that they will ever come clean? 

There is always the hope that with the elections in September and if the MEP gets the boot, maybe then something might get done. Even if the AVP or RED party wins the majority of the seats in that useless parliament and the Prime Minister's job - what then? Do the other parties just blame it all on the MEP? After-all they're all responsible. Maybe it could work with some Americans, heck some never even stopped going and this whole fiasco even drew people like Hotshot like a magnet - but who would really believe it was all just the MEP?

Exposing the cover-up and who was involved destroys what we haven't. And that's always been tourism.
