Does anyone play Word Whomp on the Pogo game site? It's a linguistic game. They give you six letters. Below that you can see spaces for all the words that can be created from those six letters. I subscribe to Pogo for $20 per year. I love Payday Free Cell, too, and the mindless Poppit.

LOL  One of the reasons I read this thread was that I love Word Whomp and the word type games on Pogo.  I finally broke down and paid the $20 for the extra games also... figure it was a very reasonable investment.

Word Whomp is one of the free games too.. so if you haven't been there, go to pogo.com and look under word games...  fun and free!

Frijole,

I'm so glad to meet another "Word Whomper." I know you can play it for free but it's loaded with interruptions. So I just subscribed. I play I also play Poppit, World Class Solitaire, Payday FreeCell (that's a difficult game ... good when you want to escape from the world), Aces Up, Tri-Peeks and Rainy Day Solitaire. Panda Pai Gow Poker, Phlinx. I just love them.
