Just watching NG and the tape of George telling KC -"just ask Sheriff Beary to let you have  a private meeting with me, he can do it".
I was trying to think who he reminded me of .....   do you all remember Laurel and Hardy?
He reminds me of the skinny one, scratching the top of his head and saying "Another fine mess you got me into Ollie".
What a twerp he is.
They are all so bizarre and conceited, aren't they?

Boozo is just not a likeable person.  I think a jury also has to like the attorney. He is also helping take away any sympathy or likeability for Skank.  He is just too arrogant and cocky.  He is not a likeable attorney nor do I even beleive that he is likeable outside the courtroom.

He stammers and twitches in court now, and it's only for motions!  Wait until the international madness of the trial gets started.  He won't be able to speak!

Yeah, the jury is just going to love him!   

Maybe he could use some glasses to look at his notes. OH SORRY HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY NOTES! Only thing Baez has is what the SA had to give him.

Which will blow Bozo blaming OCSO for misconduct, it was George & Cindy's request.

Also, a defendant can choose to go against advice of counsel & talk to whomever they want - if the defendant is making that request & they were not coerced by LE to do so, that is acceptable.

Me too! He shakes his head when Baez speaks, then giggles! It's sad that I can't see what Judge Strickland is doing at the same time Ashton is laughing at Baez. Too bad they don't have a double screen on the video, like in baseball that shows the outfield and the batter at the same time. Strickland is probably rolling his eyes trying not to laugh at Baez. JMO JSM

Absolutely correct, neither is LKB.   They will absolutely try the patience of the jury & aggravate them to no end.   And God help them if they speak to them in a condescending manner which I totally anticipate they will.

There isn't a wig on this earth that would look like LKB's hair! Not even the poorest cross dresser in the world would wear that thing. If she wanted to wear a wig to court, she should get the powdered wig that the old time barrister's wore in England. JMO JSM

NG is playing George urging Casey about the meeting.  When Casey picks George you can see Cindy get all pissy & sullen, she even walks away at some point...she was ticked that Casey picked George & not her so she would be out of the loop.   She's such a headcase

Absolutely correct, neither is LKB.   They will absolutely try the patience of the jury & aggravate them to no end.   And God help them if they speak to them in a condescending manner which I totally anticipate they will.

I offered sweet cuddly Beary pizza if he would arrest the Ants. He never took me up on the offer, so I am not offended that the Good Sheriff Beary wouldn't let KC have a meeting with George in private. 

No really George does remind me of the skinny Ollie guy, but he truly reminds me of Barney Fife. Something always stupid coming out of George's mouth. It really made me think of Barney when George broke out the water hose. JMO JSM

Do I have this right?  That the Prosecution has to turn over any depos and evidence it has, which then the public can see, but the Defense doesn't have to?  I'm very unclear on the florida discovery laws.  Will the Defense at some point have to make these depositions public before the trial?

Lawyers still wear those odd looking wigs here in Canada for the big trials.
They are made of sheeps' wool and are very hot as in warm, not like in a Paris Hilton kind of way. They are great for Halloween!

I'm pretty sure Morgan will file them with the court as soon as they are completed just as he did for Lee's & Hoover's  & then they can be released.    Its gonna be a lot of transcript/video so we will be getting pieces all the day long into the next Im sure.  My guess would be that each will be deposed for a minimum of 3 hours.   I also anticipate that Brad "Conman"  object to quite a few questions that Morgan will have to certify & ask the Court for determination as to whether they will be compelled to answer any or all of them, be prepared to get a little aggravated.   Keep in my to pay attention to what gets objected to & O I cannot wait to see Cindy squirm & rant!
