I see it too and it looks like someone in white pants brown or black belt but not sure if it is a reflection on the lens but think its someone with him looking too hoping so and they stick it too him.

I can't see a thing No Rose, I just did an update on my computer and everytime I try to post my letters keep jumping up and down.  I hope Zoe is doing well. Josef is limping on his right front paw and I don't know why. Doesn't hurt him to run after dogs though? 

Well I'm glad I'm not alone  Zoe does that sometimes, once there was a picker stuck on her paw, and when I took it off she snapped and bit me. She can't tolerate her feet touched.

He got stuck by a holly leaf last night. that is the only thing I can think that he could have done. Unless he jumped off the bed wrong during the storm last night. I hate this New Internet thing I just downloaded. It keeps jumping and I cant see what I am typing?

I only get it when I am trying to type into to a post bigger than the little box we get to type in. So every letter I type I can't see because it jumps back to the top of the box. Does that make sense?

Sounds like you are not letting the page fully load before you start typing?

Why would KC ever want a meeting with CA?  What good would it do KC?  I believe that Baez is keeping the Ant's informed about KC, but I guarantee it is not the truth.  If CA is so hurt by what her mother said, wait until she gets a load of what KC may say!

This is going to be something to watch develop... I think it's going to get quite nasty!

I think that is also obvious with how rude Casey is to her parents in court, esp Cindy.   She basically barely acknowledges their presence.

I wonder if Baez is trying to get records ... let's say ... possibly some sort of therapist/counselor records ... on either George or Cindy ... and doesn't want them to get wind of it ....

And Amen Northern Rose ... if Casey is innocent ... you'd think he wouldn't care how he got those records ... or who knew about it!  If she's innocent ... there's a murderer out there!  (and I'm Mary Poppins!)   

He could be, but as a general rule most therapists do not keep written records other than treatment plans unless a client makes a statement like they are going to hurt someone, or someone is hurting them, then its documented.  Therapists do not keep records that are very detailed because of client/therapist priviledge.  This is done so records cant be subpoened.

It's not happening to me and I haven't heard others complain so I suspect it has something to do with you or your computer settings.  Have you tried rebooting?  Have you downloaded or upgraded any software recently?

I believe that JB wants Ricardo Morales Hard drive and that is what he is trying to get. I think he is gonna pin this on poor Ricardo and that is is "so called" Defense. It will be Casey didn't do it, Ricardo Did. Back in the beginning when they first gave June 9th as the date she disappeared, Casey did so because they stayed all night with Ric that day/night and them saying that date was no accident. When they found proof that she was alive on Fathers Day their plan had to change. If the nursing home video didn't exist, they would have kept on saying June 9th.

 I truly believe that this is what we will find out come trial time.

I think that he doesn't want to give her defense away because that will give them time (almost a year) to disprove it. If they spring on them at trial, they won't have much time to work on it and prove its not the truth.

was jsut watching ng on tv. they were talking bout taxes and who claimed caylee ect then someone asks a question "can caylees dad claim her" the awnser the lawyer on ng sates that "no because the father gave up all rights to that when he signed off on the day of caylees birth".  So i guess they know who the bio dad is and it will prolly come out in the trail.   will watch agian at 10  just to double check but i believe thats the way it went.

I would be willing to bet that ALL JB has is that dumb Chloroform pic and NOTHING else, he is only going on 1 picture and no other solid evidence whatsoever to back it up. JB is just going to show himself for the fool that we all know he is. I have known a lot of attorneys but never one as dumb and cocky as he is. He makes me just as sick as all the Anthony's.

That is exactly what he said... It was Mark Williams and I think he mis-spoke. If there was something like that, we would probably all know by now because it would be on record with the juvenile courts. Police would have known right from the beginning. As soon as this case was opened, they more than likely went and checked for Juvenile records that may exist on Caylee and I am almost sure in the beginning they had no idea who the Daddy was.
