ok, I'm not saying Casey Ho wasn't using drugs at that Halloween party. But it was a Halloween party. So, the possiblity of there being candy such as lollipops there is not surprising. 

As for her other behavior -- that could be explained just as easily by alcohol use.

Good - because I wrote Holly Bristow today to see if she will look into to the mystery and I linked your pic from my photobucket!  Kathi and JVM were being to slow! LOL.   I can be a determined monkey - anyone have Hoover's phone number? LOL

Actually, no.     I just got off the phone with Lenny & he told me that it perfectly to post that he said that there was absolutely no one else in the woods that day besides Hoover & DC, no ifs ands or buts.

The only inaccuracy I can think of are any "mother of the year" type comments made by Casey's crazy parents. The rest of it, pretty much dead on.

I guess Jose sees her softer side.

ok what is this pic of someone in the woods we are discussing?

It started around page 30 of the thread.  Some believe they  see the outline of a man in the woods in the Hoover tapes.  There is a screen shot on page 35.  I took a look at the tape and went a few frames further and outlined what is there.  There has been discussion about it being reflections of what is in the van vs someone else being in the woods.

No JSM - based on history, it would have been reported on already.   Typically, they report that the media picked it up & was going thru it in the mornings.   Doesn't look like it will be today either, then again its not impossible for an afternoon surprise, I just doubt it will at this hour now.
