I don't believe that ... call me a black and white person (sees not much gray area) ... but I will never believe that someone who loves their children (more than themselves) could kill them unless they suffer from a debilitating mental illness.

I'm sure my mom wanted to kill me at times, but she never did. Especially when I chased my sister down the street with a butcher knife.

I agree that some families will do as the author stated and decide to support their family members but I just see the A's as people with little boundaries, limits and RESPECT for themselves and others.  I think they support KC because they are so similiar.  They probably have never lived their lives normally even before KC killed Caylee.    I've seen people react this way before.  Example, I had a client that was court ordered to seek counseling.  Her son molested her daughter.  Son had a history of killing animals and torturing them.  Son had a history w/police (he was ony 14)  Well, to make a long story short, Mom was just like her son.  She had a similar history.  Mom always had an excuse for what her son did, a lie covered another lie.  She did not want to admit (or even recognize) this as wrong because this was her "normal".

Just a comment here  mostly ....... I was reading about the Danielle Van Dam case, They only had dog hair, a few human hairs and a few drops of blood, in his house and RV, and they were able to convict Her killer and got the death plenty. This so gives me hope that they put the death penalty back on the table and are able to convict Casey for her daughters murder I am so worried she will get off.

I personally do not believe that the death penalty was taken off the table because there was not enough evidence.  I believe that it was taken off the table because the SA saw the backpeddling of  Cindy and George in their support of Casey.  Should Casey receive the death penalty I am sure that all the Ants would be appealing, driving the Governor nuts and be all over the media trying to get it over turned.  In a normal case the victim's family would be in support of justice in the form of the death penalty if they agreed with it (morally).  In this case the victims family are in support of the accused and have totally forgotten the victim. By going after the death penalty when the grandparents of the victim are openly supporting the accused, it would serve no purpose other than racking up even more legal bills for the state and dragging this on forever.

Thanks no rose I knew there had to be some kind of reason that I didn't understand I am just so worried she will get off and Lil Caylee will not have any justice, Hell even her grand parents have forgotten about her, out of sight out of mind. This sickens me to no end my only hope is that Casey will get hers in the end and that her Grand parents and Uncle will be miserable the rest of their lives for defending someone like her and I hope she gets Gen Pop and has her A$$ kicked every day of the rest of her life. I still would love to see her locked in a single cell with Cindy the rest of their entire life's I feel then justice would be served if they have to be with each other every day. (wishful thoughts)
