If we compare what LE did after they found Caylee....obtaining a search warrant to go immediately to the A's.....then we have to put weight on where this LE went immediately after confirming it was Sandra.

Now....does his GD live w/him?  Must, since he said Sandra played w/gd a lot.  Do the parents of the gd live w/him?  If gd is his daughter's child...we don't know what her father's last name would be or her mother's bf.

On JVM they are reporting that the piece of luggage was taken from the pond directly to the morgue.

Guess what, you have sealed warrants when they all yielded something or one is related to the others. Why do I have this sick, sick feeling this is going to be one of the sickest cases we have seen in a very long time.

Nobody said that she was abused yet, and being that she was fully clothed...that isn't something you could conclude yet.  If she had been found without clothes...you could assume that probably.  Sounds fishy.

They need to look at cat owners and there teens..
They need to see if anyone has been associating around the family that Sandra may not have been alarmed by.

The drop off of a suitcase so close means one of 2 things..
1. Intentional find .. maybe ... Dad=drugs=Mexico
2. Immature thought process.= kill my cat=kill you child.

We are dealing with things today like never before in history, just read all the news everyday to prove it to yourself.. Average People are losing it.. mo.

How about the gun range in Florida today ?  Strange thought process like never before, what is in the food ?

I keep thinking a pet owner.. I may be wrong.. But think simple, because what ever it was it happened quickly, she was in her same clothes..

If somebody outside of but associated to the family got her.. How did he get her outside the park ?

Whoever it was simply got her... How simple was it and from what direction did it come from ?

Police: Pastor ''Won't Be Arrested Today'' In Connection With Sandra Cantu's Murder

TRACY - Authorities affirm that a pastor who operates a Baptist church near where 8-year-old Sandra Cantu once lived has been questioned in the murder investigation.

While Pastor Lane Lawless of the Clover Road Baptist Church hasn't been ruled out as a suspect, Sgt. Tony Sheneman with the Tracy police department say the pastor won't be arrested today, contrary to early media reports.

"To say that he is being arrested is irresponsible," Sheneman commented.

Additionally, Sheneman corrected an earlier report that authorities would release a coroner's report from Sandra Cantu's autopsy soon.  Now, authorities report it could be days before investigators have the report themselves.

"The coroner works at his own pace," said Sheneman, adding that rushing the coroner could jeopardize their investigation instead of help.

Sandra Cantu's body was recovered by authorities from a floating suitcase Monday afternoon.  Sandra had been missing from her Tracy home since March 27th.

Blink - I was just about to bold the same quote.  Abused - jumped off the page at me.  Interesting to, is that she was found dressed.  If she was sexually abused, redressing after is a sign of affection for their victim.  This could be sick!

He has no record for this type of thing.
I have no idea why they zero'd in on his house or the church.
There usually are other persons who
a.) are the caretakers
b.) cleaners
c.) youth group leaders.. what was going on at the church that evening ?
d. ) plus, where are the Pastor's children and who are they ?
Some of these persons might have had keys to the church / shed.

I suspect during his questioning, LE did their job well and he passed that onto the Mrs. Just a thought, this guy was not a pastor, not even baptized until he married his wife while studying under her father. What did he do before then?

regarding the church, the obvious person to suspect would be the pastor, however it sounds like this was not a very *busy* church so anyone from the neighborhood could have known this....so I agree with ya.

Just something to think about. A red ribbon has a certain significance in the asian culter, especially japanese.

Maybe but it just so happens I have a red yarn ribbon on one of my pieces of luggage.  Very common to try and mark your luggage that way so it's easier to see.

I also have ribbon on mine....think it is pink now...I change it from time to time...gets frayed...
