From the same park. They were not cuffed. He came in voluntary once the search warrant was served on the mobile home.

Blink the guy at the press conference was asked specifically if they guy was handcuffed. He said no.

I could certainly be wrong, but I thought he was referring to the first visit to HQ, not when they went to his house.

TRACY, CA - A man substituting as a teacher in Tracy is now under arrest for allegedly molesting eight of his female students in two days.
Tracy police arrested Jesse Llorente III, 39, on Thursday. He's charged with eight counts of felony lewd conduct with a child and one count of possessing child pornography. Llorente is in custody at San Joaquin County Jail and being held on $750,000 bail. In late February while Llorente was a substitute teacher at George Kelly Elementary, he allegedly victimized eight girls in the course of just two days, according to Tracy police.
"Some of the girls in class were uncomfortable in the way he was touching them. He was stroking their hair, touching their ears and rubbing their shoulders," said Sgt. Tony Sheneman of the Tracy Police Department. He said when their regular teacher returned to class, the students told the teacher what happened.
It's unclear if Llorente is suspected of other sexual misconduct with the students that would rise to the level of felony crimes. The touching Sheneman described would generally be charged as a misdemeanor. He would only say the charges filed in the arrest were reviewed by the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office.
The classes where Llorente was substitute teaching were fifth and sixth grade, he said. Sheneman said there's increased concern because in the past, Llorente also taught at schools in San Jose and Los Angeles. Tracy police have notified those school districts about the current allegations, Sheneman said.
There were no prior complaints of Llorente's actions, including during January when he was subbing at George Kelly Elementary, according to Sheneman. Llorente is not a registered sex offender. It's unknown what type of teaching credential, if any, Llorente has.When a search warrant was served at his parents' house where Llorente lives on Ramona Way in Tracy, police apparently found child pornography on his computer. Sheneman said detectives found "more than 20 images" of child pornography.
Parents have high praise for the way the school and district handled the incident. "The school did one heck of a job notifying me and the police department by letting me know," said a parent named Mike, who wanted only his first name used. His remark was followed by applause at a meeting late Thursday afternoon between administrators and parents at the school. George Kelly Principal Khushwinder Gill said she released Llorente from his classroom the moment she heard students concerns and taught the class the rest of the day. "I told the kids, I said, to me, it doesn't matter if you walk out of the middle of the class. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you come and talk to me, talk to the teacher right away."

TRACY, CA - The Tracy Police Department arrested a softball coach on charges of possessing child pornography.
James Spencer Hagelston, 41, was arrested at his Tom Fowler Court home Tuesday. Sergeant Tony Sheneman said detectives confiscated a computer from the home that contained pornographic movies that featured girls under the age of ten engaged in sex acts with adult men. Sheneman said the arrest is due in large part to sophisticated technology that allows police to flag and track pornography.
"There is a group of dedicated investigators that have put together something called a tool kit that tracks specific images and videos on the internet," said Sgt. Sheneman. "We can run a check on those images and if they're being downloaded onto an IP address in Tracy we can find out where they're being downloaded."
Sheneman said investigators are concerned that children in the community may have been inappropriately approached by Hagelston.
"Mr. Hagelston's wife has a daycare that is operated out of her home," said Sgt. Sheneman. "He was also last year the coach of a 10 and under girls' softball team and is also a consultant with a company that does work with the school districts."
Theresa James lives next door to Hagelston. "I'm in shock," she said of his arrest. "It makes me so sad for his wife. She was a day care lady and we wanted our kids in the daycare." James said the Hagelston's have three children of their own and seemed like a "normal family." Detectives are still investigating the case. Do you remember last year there was a Teen Boy who escaped from his " house" - found himself inside a local " Gym" and tried to hide. Begged for help. He was wearing chains and was starved and beaten. He had been shackled to the bathtub in the house. And mentally, physically, emotionally tortured by the people he stayed with.

His Guardians lived in Tracy, CA. That's where he was when he was being tortured. Mother figure not his bio Mom who took part in his torture - "Girl Scout Leader" ... in the Community. I pray their are both in Jail.

Are you getting the feeling this is some child porn ring, I'm putting everything together in my head, and that's all I am coming up with.

Possibly in the background yes, but more because the higher the concentration of SO's, when a case like this happens, they rat each other out to try to stay out of prison, AND, when they seize their computers etc, they drag the net behind them like a trawler. Not being glib at all, its true and really sick.

I am sorry to say that I think they found something significant. I am willing to bet that the sheriff going to the families house at the same time the guys was at HQ initially was to make sure to be there if it got back to the family they were there. Press and anyone not a resident is not allowed in there now for that very reason.

I was discussing this case with Red today and he said living there with a child is the equivalent of handing them gasoline and matches to play with everyday. I could not agree more.

It sounds to me this is going to end very soon, and tragically.
