I didn't like hearing about how mnay people there were into kiddy porn.
Well, I know it's not just there, it's every town city state and country.
The laws have to be stricter. I have always been a fan for a one strike you are out.
It won't happen.
Why are they ( pedophiles ) allowed to use the internet ? If you are caught once and do your time, then maybe it should be part of their parole that they cannot have access to any internet. The urges are fueled by the porn that is too available and they find others like themselves who encourage each other.

There might not be a connection to any of the persons whose names we know in this one. I hope they make an arrrest quickly and do it right where there is no wiggle room for a lawyer like LKB or Mark Geragos ( sp ) or any of the other really clever lawyers who seem to thrive on making sure these creeps do not have their rights violated.

The FBI was contacted from the beginning.  We saw a textbook crime scene investigation this afternoon.  I believe LE is doing all that is humanly possible at this point as far as the investigation goes.  This one will likely have an arrest and conviction, I do believe.

But not even that will bring back this child to her life and her family.

I'm willing to bet that they have mounds of evidence against whoever did this!  and i think they have a very good idea of who did it.....just my opinion.

I have the same feeling, Leroy.  They have been watching somebody and I would not be at all surprised to have an arrest in a very short period of time.

And I would also like to see all those with child porn convicted as they go to jail right and left around here, for years, for that very thing.  No exceptions.  I don't understand why there have not already been arrests unless there is connection possible and they are letting it play out.

  I know. Because our society is so lenient toward the crimnal's rights, everything has gone haywire. There's hardly anyway for a person, much less a child to be able to distinguish who's got evil intent festering inside.

IA if not on an island of their own, a tattoo would be great. I have one that lives around me, had I not searched I never would have known he looks so "normal". 

It does take many years for a SO to actually get caught, but the registered ones really need to be kept away from innocent children.

 I remember seeing a couple of cases where single moms were wined and dined into marriage with seemingly normal guys but in reality the guys real desire was for easy access to the kids. Too sick, the kids are messed up, the moms are messed up and dude gets a couple of years and gets to start all over again. Fresh start, new hunting grounds. Makes me ill.

This is one of those rare days when I only caught the bit about the "container" being discovered in a irrigation ditch. 

I had a bad feeling about it when I heard it wasn't there however many days ago.

My feelings about the perp and pedophiles in general'd prob get me banned.  But they cannot be allowed in society following a conviction.  I've never heard the first shrink who could assure that they wouldn't re-offend or accelerate their aggression on our little ones.

I can't help it and am sorry to say so, but I do find fault w/a parent/caretaker who'd let such a little one ramble about on her own, but that'll be a cross her mom'll have to bear.  I pity her for the weight she'll have on her heart for she did seem to be a loving mom.  Such a sad, sad story.  My heart is fractured yet again--this time for wee Sandra.

God love her and keep her.   Prayers for everyone who loved her and folks here and elsewhere who are heartbroken by the devastating news of her murder.

There is something wrong in our society and with the system when a kid can't walk in their own neighbourhood at 8 o'clock at night.
I hope everyone in that community who was involved in any crimes against children  ie kiddy porn is dealt with to the fullest extent of the law regardless of any involvement in this girl's life or death.
