Happy Friday Monkeys!

Trying to catch up here, every time I start to read I am pulled away from the puter. I did read the Art Harris interview and WOW!! I have thought Misty was involved all along but now I really am convinced that girl is hiding something. I know Greg has a history of arrests for drugs, as does almost all the folks involved in this case, but I believe him much more so than anyone else involved.

I think stuff was put in the washer after Ron got home for it to still be going.
Wait a minute, wasn't she sleeping. She notices Haleigh gone and then does laundry ?
Then Ron was home. Odd timing for the washer to be going.

Just came from Art Harris site, where he has posted the photos that ronnnnnnn sent in.  You can tell that many are taken on the same day by the clothing she was wearing.. And some are all identical photos.. So much for a timeline.
And there are two tiny photos of Haleigh outside, hands on hip, wearing little short out fit. can't see much, so I copied and blew it up, and about had one of those fits, that Bill cosby use to talk about, where fire shoots out of your eyes and top of your head. That child's right arm from above the elbow to her wrist is black and blue, it also looks like a bite on her arm, that broke the skin....

“She said she wasn’t going back to Ronald, and said for me to drop her off at her brother’s house,” recalls Prevatt, “that she had to take care of the kids,” unclear if she meant her nephews or Haleigh and Junior. “I asked her, ‘You going to Ronald’s? But she didn’t answer, she was over in a corner talking quietly to him on the phone. They both kept talking and hanging up.”

Where did Misty go that Sunday night, Ron's, Tim Cumming's or Tom Cumming's?

She’s not sure where Misty spent the night Sunday, and Monday morning, Haleigh was supposed to take the school bus. Often, Misty would walk the kids to the bus, sometimes in her pajamas. That’s what three sets of parents with children on the bus tell me.

Only on Monday morning, Jerry Santos, a neighbor at the bus stop with his children tells me Ronald raced by in his purple car with tinted windows, came inches away from hitting a pickup truck–and mowing him and kids down in the loading area. Inside, Santos could make out Haleigh. “My daughter was still scared that afternoon about how close he came, she couldn’t stop talking about it,” says Santos.

Has there been any reports of who (Ron or Misty) stating which one took Haleigh to school that Monday morning?

But Haleigh did ride the bus home. Ronald has said he picked her up and took her home before he went to work, but two sets of parents tell me they saw Misty pull up in the blue van, and yell at the children to hurry as they piled in.

Who exactly picked Haleigh up from the bus stop, Ron, Misty, or Theresa?

Not in Art Harris' article but still inquiring minds want to know:

Was Cousin Joe at Ron Cummings trailer home on Monday, Feb 9, 2009?  Ron said no, Mama Theresa said yes.

The fight between Ron and Cousin Joe was supposedly a week prior to Haleigh missing iirc.  The date of Christina Prevatt's citation was on a Tuesday Feb 3, 2009, approximately a week prior to Haleigh missing.

You really wonder what is all going on with this case. Some how I missed this about the washer running at that time, I thought she did the laundry much earlier. Wouldn't everybody start doing laundry when a child just went missing?

Ronald doesn’t pay Amber support; she tells me she doesn’t want anything from him, just to be rid of him.
They have a little boy who is disabled, born with a soft spot on his head. She says he was certainly emotionally abusive and on occasion played Russian roulette on himself, freaking her out.

“What do I think happened?” asks Prevatt. “I just know when she’s with the kids, I can’t hang out with her because Haleigh would tell Ronald Nay Nay was there and he’d get mad. I used to hang out when my friend, Amber, was with him, but not since Misty moved in. Ronald doesn’t like me, and to Misty, obviously Ronald is more important.”

That sure does look like a bite mark. I saved it and zoomed in.
Can't think of an injury or a medical procedure that would do that.
Too big for a little kid's mouth. ie Ron Jr.

melee-is it but does haleigh's top should where her arm is all bruised -Doent that looked bruise to top of shoulder?  This is sick...

I'm speechless again, Ron, big surprise he would fly by a school bus, he strikes me as a person who doesn't have much regard for people. And I might not know much, but that looks like a bite mark to me on Haleigh's arm. I don't want to think about what Jr and Haleigh have all been through.

Shooting in Hollister

DATE AND TIME: 04/03/2009 / Approx. 1:25 AM

On 04-03-09, deputies of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office responded to 145 Darby Drive in Hollister in reference to a shooting. Deputies met with four subjects on the front porch of the residence. One of the subjects, a black male later identified as Anthony Brown, was lying on the floor near the front door. Two other individuals were standing over Anthony holding a cloth over a gunshot wound to his right leg.

According to Anthony he did not know who had shot him, but said the person was a black male wearing dark colored clothing and a mask. Anthony said he was shot while standing up and trying to run away from the subject(s). Anthony was transported to Shands Hospital in Gainesville for treatment.

Witnesses at the residence stated three to four black males entered the residence by kicking in the front door. The subjects were wearing dark colored clothing, masks, and two of them had some type of rifles. The subjects ordered two females who were inside the residence to go into the kitchen. Anthony and another male were in a bedroom when the subjects entered the residence. The male witness told deputies that three suspects entered the bedroom and shot Anthony several times. The reason for the shooting has not been determined at this time.

Sheriff Jeff Hardy assigned detectives of the Major Crimes Unit to the Investigation.

I got that from Art Harris's site. That the washer was running as noted by the police when they showed up.  IF that is true, then BINGO.

It looks so bad,  what in this world is wrong with these people, why in this world would he want that to be shown online in the middle of his timeline photos.  His Mother, and his Grandmother, claimed that the abuse was bs..  Are they Blind???? Do they think that children grow bruises and its normal.. Maybe in their house abuse is normal..  It's too dark to go outside and dig on those bushes....

mlee thanks for that pic....just see an innocent little girl that appears to be very angry.  Can you zoom in on her eyes to see if there are any tears??  Thanks,
