Would they be wearing summer clothes in Nov?

Being from the south I can say yes it's possible. I live in Southern Louisiana and it is very common, I have pics of my family in summer clothes for Christmas!  It's supposed to be about 80 degrees here tomorrow.

I'm in Texas and we were still able to wear summer clothes here in Nov.  Strange but we were.  I think in all we may have gotten 2 weeks of winter weather at that.

Heart...so are you ruling out that an So took Haleigh?
not that I want that to be true..for goodness sake..I was/am holding on to the fact that someone took her cause then she would/could still be alive....
I still don't think that Ron is involved with harming her... but I'll tell you, nothing surprises me anymore with all the crap going on in this world......wish we would find out something soon....
No cookie,  I am not totally ruling it out.  But there are some strange going on with Misty and Ron.  I don't get it while all of a sudden he marries her.  Why?

According to Art Harris' report witnesses say that Misty was at the school bus stop in the blue van picking up the children.  Did Misty just pick up her neices/nephews. Did she pick Haleigh up as well.  Has that been cleared who exactly picked Haleigh up from the bus stop that Monday?

When did Chelsea get the blue van since Misty picked up the children from the bus stop? Supposedly the blue van was at Chelsea's not parked in the spot where/how she normally parked it.

The very first interview that Ron gave on Nancy Grace he said that he checked the backdoor and made sure it was locked prior to him going to work and he also stated that the lock on the backdoor was located high enough that Haleigh could not reach it.  Well we know now that that is not the case.

I could rule in Misty and Joe, but then that does not explain the marriage.

And if something happened to Haleigh accidently in that trailer home then why would they just not have said so.

I hate to say it Cookie, but whether it was a SO, accident or intentional the chances are not looking all that good.

However Haleigh is in my prayers.

Heart you have good points about the van and cousin Joe.  And it seems like it was convenient for everyone that Misty was there as the babysitter for the children.  It's all so sad for Haleigh no matter how you look at it.

Heart, I've been thinking along those lines as well.
no rose after reading the info provided by Art Harris and what all went on over that weekend, the breakup and makeup, something went on in that trailer home.

And there is a reason for that marriage and it ain't love.

And then to say:  Thats what Haleigh would have wanted.

Umph!!

I wonder if Ron went home on his break from work to check on Fibsty.. Geese Ron riding like that by a bus stop where kids are....

I cropped that arm and blew it up and it looks worse when you do that. I don't know, but the marks above the bit and below the bite, would not be produced by a bite, and that was a hard bite, broke the skin.

melee-is it but does haleigh's top should where her arm is all bruised -Doent that looked bruise to top of shoulder?  This is sick...

I am behind, but just put these images online to show you all. I blew them up 150%. I don't see bruising. And I am not sure what the circular mark is, but up close, does not look so much like a bite mark to me. I will go through more photos to see if I see that mark on any others.

These were taken on the same day. The last 2 images show the date of the pictures.

Okay, I can help on this one, I see this everyday. My son gets his blood drawn once every 2 weeks and that mark is exactly like the marks he has when we take his band-aids off that hold the gauze on. Dirt gets stuck to the sticky glue and its very hard to get off. We wash it right away but it takes  days to get it completely off.  He has this same design of dirt&sticky glue from the band-aid. You can even tell the outline is of a band-aid!

Not saying that is the cause of the bruising, this is just some info I found connecting Turner's Syndrome to celiac disease, and celiac disease to extreme bruising when having blood drawn:

"Celiac disease occurs more frequently in girls with Turner's syndrome than among the general population."   (last sentence of 4th paragraph)

http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec23/ch266/ch266d.html

-and-

Post from celiac disease discussion forum:

"... the phlebotomist (buzzword of the day!) got the needle in on the first stick... my veins are tricky. It didn't hurt at all. Then, about 10 minutes after, my arm started to get really sore, and the rest of that day I could hardly move it. It's been sore since, and the bruise finally popped up. Usually I get a quarter-sixed bruise right over the sight of the needle stick. This time, I have a pattern of bruising extending all down my forearm and up my bicep. It's not especially dark, just big.   ...."   (bolded emphasis mine)

It looks like bandaide dirt to me, I'm allergic to tapes and try not to pick at them to much after removing them so they get dirt on them.

I'm just so disgusted and sad after reading Art Harris's interview with Greg Page.  I can't believe not one of these people can get the truth out of Misty.

Thank you Brandi!

Also did you notice the date on the pic,  was the schoolground accident in November 2008, and was the pics that Crystal's aunt taking in Nov 2008? Or the date on the above pictures is the date they were uploaded on the computer.

Yes, she was hurt at school on Nov. 6, 2008. (8 days before those pictures were taken.)

The above pics were taken on Nov. 14, 2008. (Note, she had an excused absence that day.) She looked happy and well to me. But, pictures can be deceiving, as we have been discussing.

hmm ...
in the article it states:

“It all comes back to Misty,” Cobra tells me, “and her timeline. No one knows what she was doing after she visited her Dad at the hospital Monday. Or whether she was even home that night (Monday). So many conflicts in her stories. She said she put blankets in the washing machine at 8 p.m. so why did police note the washing machine was running hours later? She said she went to the bathroom and called Ronald when she couldn’t find Haleigh, but Ronald was standing outside, supposedly just home from work.”

I never read or heard LE state this. (I wonder where Art got this information.)

Has anyone else?

I keep hashing in my head about Natasha  Richardson, Haleigh could have gotten a injury while Ron and Misty

were fighting and Im saying like a push and shove match between the two, Haleigh got in the middle got a head

injury and died after she went to bed. Misty goes to bed checks on Haleigh finds her dead and freaks calls Ron

then its a he said she said who caused it, neither one is sure...all they know neither one wants to go to jail.

Ron marries her to keep her quiet, she wants nothing more than to be with Ron and have his baby

So now she is happy he is bound to her and not happy...someone will blow soon and it want be their ciggy smoke.

And what did they do with Haleigh?   I think Misty took her to the water and by boat got rid of her using a cinder block     (sorry to type that it makes me sad) then returned to the house and started the cover up...per Ron what to

far fetched I know just a theory.

This is the first time that I have heard it as well.  I wonder if it is in the police report.
