I have had most I talk to say it is a custody thing and Crystal was behind the abduction and I thought that too and still wonder it at times.

My issue is now I don't/can't trust any information that Cobra or Art Harris are reporting.  A real Bummer and not in Haleigh's best interest at all.  In fact if I were LE I'd run them out of town as the rumor goes.

I don't believe that Crystal kidnapped Haleigh, I'm just trying to figure out what is going on. Custody issues mixed in with a missing little girl

What's weirder is this...

Donald Lee Sapp (registered sex offender) has two addresses listed on his FDLE sex offender flyer. One in San Mateo and one at 315 2nd Ave in Satsuma. The home in Satsuma is owned by Jeffery Michael Griffis and Billye Griffis.

A document dated January 5th, 2009 was filed in Putnam County asking for protection against violence. The complaint was filed by Jeffery M. Griffis on behalf of his three children, Mason, Willim and Duncan Griffis and he was seeking protection from DONALD LEE SAPP. What happened?

3 days later, Jeffery Michael Griffis was struck by a car and killed. This just happened on January 9th, 2009.

 

We've had this info and more on it in our Who's Who thread for quite some time...

Seems that Jeffery was standing in the middle of the road when struck by that car.  Some think it was a suicide because he was just standing there.  Some think it was foul play.  I think it's just odd that it was just days following that court date. 

Weirder yet is that Sapp moved into Jeffery's home shortly afterward.

I would prefer that RC or Crystal be behind this either custody or scheme because that would hopefully mean she is alive and well.
