Nice to meet You too BG .. Yes I have been taking this for about 2 wks now. I could tell by day 3 ..a change in my Moods and my Sleep. I notice that since I have taken this " Dim" I have slept like a Rock .. a good Rock - which I have not had in a very long time .. good sleep.

Well Doc, a Xannynax helped me a couple days ago when I got chomped on over there.......Alls well,  oops spoke too soon daddy-o just came out of his room, gonna be a loooooooonnnnnnnng nite.  Least we took his hearing aide batteries away from him, won't be having to listen to the squeeling all nite!

Sorry, ran two stories together...........Had a bad time on Caylee's thread a few days ago, was just saying took my little pink pill to calm down!..........Have my 86 yr old Dad living with us now, and its taking quite a bit of adapting to as we are dealing with the effects of old age, if you know what I mean
